We stayed in a two storey, two bedroom townhouse which is very spacious with 3 toilets & 2 bathrooms. We also love the garden view

The water flow from the shower is very poor. I was about to give a 10 rating but will give it a 9 instead

Nice and big apartment and good on site facilities including pools, sauna and tennis court.

A bit of a strong smell of cleaning products - so bad it gives you a headache. Location is okay, lucky for us free buses in school holidays but if not would become expensive travelling into Noosa/Noosaville unless you had a car

The location & the unit was spacious & comfortable

My daughter was staying at the resort & she was told to leave the day before checkout. She is living with a disability & was bullied by the manager on premises. I paid for her to stay there & had to find her another place to stay on 24/1 when she was due to checkout on 25/1. I'm a single parent & the additional cost of $242 was an unnecessary expense that has caused financial stress. I tried to speak to the manager & ask if she could continue her stay with checkout the next day but he was rude & unsympathetic. The receptionist was present when I spoke to the manager & her comments about my daughter were rude & inappropriate.. I'm tired of people treating her this way & I'm considering contacting the disability ombudsman

Our original holiday was booked when the cyclone hit ... We were able to cancel and go this week without any problems at all. The location is great with walking distance to everything.The receptionstaff was amazing, so very helpful.Although the weather has been awful, we were very lucky to have such a lovely room and tv to watch . The bed is so comfortable. Nice bathroom ... everything you need in the kitchen .. Nice balcony lots to see the water dragons, ducks, and eels there.. Lots for a family to enjoy. Heated pools . Tennis court . Bounce pillows..Barbecues ..Everything is clean .extra bonus was having a garage for the car .. We went to the restaurant PK's, which was excellent . Great food and great service. We really enjoyed our stay. we will definitely be back 😊

Can't fault this resort from the warm welcome to the facilities and the property itself, the perfect place for a family holiday. The heated pool was never too busy and was always clean and inviting. The cafe adjacent to the pool was ideal and the bouncy pillow and basketball (and tennis court) were a bonus. Great location as well, just a nice short walk onto Gympie Terrace and into Noosaville. Great property that was exceptionally clean and had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend - stayed for 4 nights but could've very happily stayed for longer.

Would've been even better if the cafe was open every day.

Pool area great for kids. Pks Cafe and bar was great hospitality.

1. Got a screw in my tire on arrival, finding several other on the road outside out unit. Could have been from another guest or their maintenance staff 2. Dryer didn't work...ran cold and timer was broken. Meaning it ran for hours. 3. Had booked and paid for a 5 bed unit on booking.com however arrived to a 4 bedroom unit. Making people share a bed which wasn't ideal. 4. No tea towels, no rubbish bags, no soap to wash dishes.

Amenities for kids were great, plenty to do. With there being 3 pools it didn’t feel like they were crowded. I found being able to order drinks or food from your unit or pool was a nice touch - especially the happy cocktail hour. We stayed in a pool view unit and had direct access to the pool. That was definitely a plus with the kids. Made going for a swim so easy! The unit was spacious and we didn’t feel like we were crammed on top of each other. We enjoyed being able to cook all our own meals with a full sized kitchen and fridge. I also enjoyed having the balcony off the main room overlooking the pool. Was absolute bliss having my morning coffee overlooking the pool. Overall the whole experience was pleasant and we are looking at booking this resort again for the same time next year.

For the price point I expected a little more of the amenities in the actual unit. The bathroom is outdated and had mould, there was chips and cracks throughout the unit. Pots and pans not in great condition. The stairs in the unit were so noisy anytime someone was walking up and down them. Even my 3 year old sounded like an elephant on them. In saying that though, I understand that some of the units are privately owned. These minor things didn’t affect our stay at all, just for the price point you may expect more.

Wonderful support for the necessary change of dates we had to make and change of appartments because of the Shower set up, staff very helpful, convenient location and lovely unit.

Unfortunately because some maintenance issues have been left out, filters in Washing Machines was pretty horrendous, and I tried several times to clean the Grill, left it in the dishwasher as we left for a final wash, Black mold in the lining of the Fridge and Freezer and the Freezer has an inch of frozen water in the base needing washed out. 3 toilets are fabulous as with stairs, but the seats are all skew-wiff !! Because someone has either taken the tap skew or worn the thread, Sorry to leave all this till now, but I have been suffering from Bronchial Asthma for the last two weeks we were there Rosanne Trenchard

The entire resort was a great experience from the check in to checkout, the 3 main staff members that worked while we stayed were really nice, accommodating and overall helpful by all means. We stayed in no. 12 a 3 bdrm unit and it was perfect for our family very spacious and very clean had all that we needed and the beds were super comfy, happy we got this one. The main heated pool was great for our kids they spent alot of time there including the warm spa pool they also enjoyed the huge jumping pillow. PKs was great for meals food was very good and the woodfire pizzas are delish. Would definitely stay there again a huge thumbs up

nothing all was perfect for our stay

We were accommodated in a single storey, 1 bedroom, duplex-style apartment situated around a large, waterhole-style pond. We fed a long eel off the back deck and were visited by 4 large water dragons, one of which came up on to the deck. The property has three swimming pools, one of which is heated. There is a restaurant/bar onsite but it is not open during the week. There's ample parking. The property is very quiet and conveniently located a couple of klms out of Noosaville and the same distance from Tewantin Marina from where a ferry leaves for Noosa's Hastings Street. The very busy reception is manned by happy, courteous, friendly staff. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable.
