We stayed in a two storey, two bedroom townhouse which is very spacious with 3 toilets & 2 bathrooms. We also love the garden view

The water flow from the shower is very poor. I was about to give a 10 rating but will give it a 9 instead

The customer service at reception was excellent, it made check-in a breeze. The room was exactly what I needed for a solo traveller. Spacious bathroom and living room. The kitchen was small and neat. The location was perfect as it's so close to Noosa River, Noosa Marina and only minutes from Hastings Street. Furthermore the Noosa Civic shopping centre is only a 5 minute drive to everything you could need. Overall the price was very reasonable considering the time of year and how close I booked the accommodation (within days). The resort has an on site restaurant and there are plenty of other options nearby. Overall very impressed.

The kids and I had so much fun, the pools and jumping pillow were a real hit and my bouncy adhd kids were RELAXED. The beds were AMAZING and the townhouse was so spacious, when we all needed a bit of quiet time we had so much room in the house to relax alone for a moment before getting back into fun mode or relaxing together (with 1 little lounge room, a 2nd larger lounge room and a private balcony overlooking the lawn bowls, it was easy to breathe). Kitchen was great, we had home cooked meals every night here and I had the energy to do it because the place was so comfortable and easy. The entire resort exceeded my expectations and the staff were so kind and accommodating. It wasnt a house, it felt like home while we were there. None of us wanted to leave, so we will absolutely be back (sooner rather than later!) Thank you for having us, we created some unforgettable memories together during what has been a really difficult, uncertain time in our lives. BBQs were great too and its nice and quiet! Also... there's a bar that does happy hour. I mean, come on... The place has everything.

The location & the unit was spacious & comfortable

My daughter was staying at the resort & she was told to leave the day before checkout. She is living with a disability & was bullied by the manager on premises. I paid for her to stay there & had to find her another place to stay on 24/1 when she was due to checkout on 25/1. I'm a single parent & the additional cost of $242 was an unnecessary expense that has caused financial stress. I tried to speak to the manager & ask if she could continue her stay with checkout the next day but he was rude & unsympathetic. The receptionist was present when I spoke to the manager & her comments about my daughter were rude & inappropriate.. I'm tired of people treating her this way & I'm considering contacting the disability ombudsman

Location was great. Quiet but close to everything. Very comfortable accommodation. Staff were incredibly hospitable and courteous. A great little resort that will be even better after the updates to the pool and restaurant.

The apartment needed a bit of TLC with having a shower head that was basically not working, a TV in the spare room that had been dropped so had a large panel of dying pixels and a missing remote. The ceiling fans needed a clean as it was covered in dust and one had a missing cover for the light.

Nice and big apartment and good on site facilities including pools, sauna and tennis court.

A bit of a strong smell of cleaning products - so bad it gives you a headache. Location is okay, lucky for us free buses in school holidays but if not would become expensive travelling into Noosa/Noosaville unless you had a car

We booked x2, 3 bedroom poolside view town houses for our big family of 12. We have adult kids, teenagers, children and a 2 year old. From check in - Shayne is amazing, such outstanding customer service and very friendly. Give him a raise 🙌 The property itself definitely met our expectations. Gave a family feel vibe, there is so much for our kids, even the big kids to do and for the over worked parents to relax as well. They have a great lil cafe on sight, do check them out - the team were amazing n good food etc. Now the townhouses themselves - what can i say - may not be the Ritz but definitely, nice, clean and tidy. They have everything available - so no need to pack the whole house to bring with you. I would highly reccomend though - bring extra towels which will last your stay and for swimming. Towels are provided though, but not to be used for swimming. They do rent swimming towels at reception if you forget or wish to not pack extra. The rooms, bathrooms - gosh both places were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ivory Palms Resort - and yes Shayne we will not be a stranger and will return soon for another family getaway or a getaway for just mum n dad ☺️

Very Comfortable unit with all the amenities.Kitches had all everything you needed to cook . Bed was really comfortable

No Parking near unit .I had to park a far way away from the unit .So when you unpack your luggage it can be quite difficult as your blocking the drive way of other Residents. You paying good Money and you can’t even park you car next to your unit like other units . You not able to access the garage attached to the unit . The shower needed a really good clean .It had black mould at bottom of shower in between the tiles and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while .i stayed for 3 days and reception left very little tea bags and washing up detergent and washing powder for you to use .

Our original holiday was booked when the cyclone hit ... We were able to cancel and go this week without any problems at all. The location is great with walking distance to everything.The receptionstaff was amazing, so very helpful.Although the weather has been awful, we were very lucky to have such a lovely room and tv to watch . The bed is so comfortable. Nice bathroom ... everything you need in the kitchen .. Nice balcony lots to see the water dragons, ducks, and eels there.. Lots for a family to enjoy. Heated pools . Tennis court . Bounce pillows..Barbecues ..Everything is clean .extra bonus was having a garage for the car .. We went to the restaurant PK's, which was excellent . Great food and great service. We really enjoyed our stay. we will definitely be back 😊

Can't fault this resort from the warm welcome to the facilities and the property itself, the perfect place for a family holiday. The heated pool was never too busy and was always clean and inviting. The cafe adjacent to the pool was ideal and the bouncy pillow and basketball (and tennis court) were a bonus. Great location as well, just a nice short walk onto Gympie Terrace and into Noosaville. Great property that was exceptionally clean and had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend - stayed for 4 nights but could've very happily stayed for longer.

Would've been even better if the cafe was open every day.
