Pool and spa area was good, the complex was reasonably quiet. We had booked a 2 bedroom and was given a 3 bedroom so that was a nice surprise which enabled my friend and I to sleep in our own rooms whilst our girls shared the main bedroom.

The toilet, shower downstairs which was also the laundry had a frosted window however it faced directly onto entrance area of all the units so it would have been nice to have a curtain or blind on the window to pull down, so we didn't really use that bathroom to shower.

We really liked that all the appts look out to the pool, the appts decor was fitting for the resort style comfort we were looking for. One of the pools was heated for the winter months which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Because the appts are close together, you can hear a lot of what is going on in the appt next to you. If you are looking for privacy, this is probably not the place as any balcony or outdoor space you use will be met by other guests.

I loved the layout of the resort. And the pools. The staff were super lovely. And location perfect. Great price!

Some of the units are a bit dated, mainly the upstairs areas ie bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen was quite dusty like no one had used this particular unit in a while. And the linen on the beds are just getting old and thin, with a few small holes. None of this is criticism as such just observation, for the very reasonable price we paid we were very happy. And I think the new owners are slowly renovating the resort bit by bit which is great! Would definitely stay again.

The staff are fabulous... respectful, accomodating and helpful.😁 We were thrilled at the position of the complex as very close to the water, the coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. The grounds are beautiful with lots of beautiful plants and shrubs. My only slight disappointment was the age of the unit - very clean but very dated - unit 26.

Good location, close to the Noosaville river and a short walk to Woolworths. Very comfortable beds. Lovely gardens, good pool and husband loved the hot tub. Good kitchen with all the basics. Highly recommended!

Not all streaming services were available on the TV but otherwise all was great.

Walking distance to river front restuarants and shops. Lovely pool, spa and BBQ facilities. Units are spacious and well equipped. Access to tennis courts. Reception stocked with books for those looking for a read.

Friendly helpful and welcoming staff. Beautiful gardens. Units open onto the pool area, felt like home.

Good location. Very spacious apartment, liked having a balcony off the bedroom.

No blind at the side window of the front door. All other windows had blinds. We queried this as there were fittings but no blind. Apparently the owner wasn’t putting one there! Receptionist kindly gave us a sheet to hang up.

We had an enjoyable stay. The complex provided a tranquil environment, peaceful and comfortable. The location was superb, with walking distance to river, boat hire, ferry etc as well as cafes, restaurants, fish and chips, boutique shops, Woolies and tavern... will definitely come back.

Great Complex, quiet and all the amenities you need for long term stay. Close enough to Noosa Heads with the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again.

Only negative, unit wasn't 100% clean upon arrival. Once we notified staff, they addressed it straight away.

Lovely resort style close to water and restaurant strip. In perfect condition and very clean. Good facilities and equipment for DIY breakfast . Staff very friendly and helpful.

Noise from the Apartment next door was a little annoying as their seemed to be a small party going on. Car parks should be marked out with lines so other guests keep their car within the lines.
