Not so much about property but staff. I have a CPAP and the room that I wash using did not have a power point adjacent to the bed So I went to go to reception to see if I could be able to borrow an extension lead but reception was closed. So not to be deterred by that little problem I went to the bar and spoke to one of the very helpful bar staff who after listening to my plight went away and came back with an extension lead for me to use for which I was extremely grateful because of that I had a good nights sleep. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff for them going out of the to make sure guests are welcome and made to feel comfortable. Cheers Blue Bolland 😎😎🍺🍺

The staff were beyond excellent. Location was superb. Close by to everything you could possibly want. Rooms were quite larger then expected which was great for a family. Ample parking. Loved the free drinks and discount on meals.

There was a slight smell in the room and a big stain on the floor. I dare say someone had vomited and the smell was the cleaning fluids etc used which was a little bit off putting however I could not fault the cleanliness of the unit. Certainly not the hotel's fault. The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud which for my liking was a little too soft. (I prefer firm) but I could imagine others would find it wonderful.

In a great location, room was very clean and beds were so comfortable. Had everything you need from ironing board, fridge & kettle and even a TV. Plug sockets next to bed were great and were able to leave our luggage in reception when checked out before going to bus station which was very helpful.

All in all was basic but cannot complain for the price for the night and didn’t bother us at all since it had everything we needed. Only thing is curtains didn’t close fully so had to prop a chair up against it to keep closed and renovation work started before 7am so were awake early

The room is just as advertised. Comfortable and big. For the money you pay it's great. Do not expect to be the best hotel you ever been, but overall it's a great place to stay.

There's a big bench with a kettle and a fridge but no cutlery, no microwave no sink to clean. So would be handy to have. The shower would need to be updated to normal people height. It make no sense that a normal people need to bend to properly shower.

Comfortable bed, spacious room and ensuite, dining table and balcony table and chairs. Close to grocery shopping and hotel with excellent quality meals. Can walk to waterfront with many BBQ and picnic table sites. Good walking track through pleasant parkland along the waterfront. Close to Noosa Heads beach and National Park. Also short drive to Sunshine beach. Great central location, will definitely stay again.

Ensuite basin very small and no bench space to put anything. Towel rail falls off the wall, had to refit. No insect screens on windows, although very few insects during our visit. Synthetic “air freshener” over-intense xenobiotic floral fragrance inducing headache reaction until cleared by opening windows and doors to create sufficient air-flow. Suggest a more natural fragrance such as lavender would be much preferred to these synthetic chemical aromatics.

It does what it says on the tin! Old skool motel style, Clean, roomy, and comfy. Good aircon. Fridge and kettle. Seating area and great (old fashioned) bathroom, excellent shower. Free parking in Noosa is fantastic. Close to eateries, Woolies, shops and the river and the ferry and the bus! Staff were lovely. Free drink in the pub included and 1-% off at the bistro. Its old skool but its value for money and really a great stay

No fly screens on the windows or balcony doors. So if you want air at night you are open to everything. Pool looked a bit grim

Location was great, discounts for meals and drink vouchers for staying here which was great. Enjoyed the pool and the Sports Bar is unreal with huge screen to watch the footy.

A microwave would have been a good addition to the room.

Easy parking under cover which extended to reception and room thankfully arriving and unpacking in heavy rain. Nice friendly receptionist. Given a free drink and food discount vouchers for the hotel restaurant. Good air conditioning room. Handy to supermarket.

The bathroom needed a fan and possibly a curtain No plates and cutlery provided

Several parts: 1. Easy to deal with when timeframe changed 2. Able to check in after hours via Hotel next door 3. Location to all the essentials like pub, groceries & small little village hub 4. So close to unload the car to the room - literally 20 steps if that

The rooms could do with a little refresh and small update to bring the window furnishing to block out, the privacy sheers weren’t quiet private. The bathroom was good and bad, water pressure - AMAZING, the tile work in need of major work or replacement. The drafts from the windy weather could be addressed with some draft stoppers. Perhaps have a small bin in the main area on bench near coffee facilities.

Ease of checking in. Very helpful lady at reception. The room was a good size. It had a nice secluded balcony which was a real bonus. The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet. The location was very good i thought as the pub, restaurant, bottle shop and supermarket all abuts the property. 5 stars.
