We had lots of room to move about in the unit. Our outlook was really great. We were close to beach and the pool was an extra bonus forthe kids. Unit had all we wanted for a stay. The overall look of the resort was truly lovely. Grounds and gardens were lovely. Very clean which was nice too. Staff were friendly,.

The lounge was too soft. When I sat in it for the first time I sank down into the lounge and it was hard for me to get out. Family had to give assistance. More cutlery would have been good too. There were not enough desert spoons and few more dishes would have been good.

The location was excellent, quick walk to a very beautiful beach

The room was a little odd, it had been furnished by thrift shop purchases and everything just felt very odd.and nothing seemed to match, there are no shower screens, mixed with a 4 post bed but no bedside lamps so much miss matched cups tuperware, left over laundry items . Sorry it was just very odd

Staff fixed everything in their power to fix as quickly as possible. Common area facilities are in excellent condition and very clean. Location is great. Food etc nearby/walking distance for a healthy person. South Tower is significantly more quiet than North Towers.

Apartment 53 needs a 2hr deep clean as long term surface ‘hit and Miss’ approach is very evident if you just move a curtain Apartment 107- Needs a new Balcony glass door as glass is separated up to 6cm from the black door frame and frame is broken. Glass door is also missing locking plate on door. Cleaning has long term been surface ‘ hit & Miss’ and needs a 2hr deep clean including Window sills and tracks. Windows are unable to be opened.

Everything was wonderful at the apartment. The location is first class and the facilities are great. Staffs are very helpful, kind and polite and accommodate your wishes. Plenty of cafes and restaurant within walking distance. Even a chemist warehouse is just around the corner, which is so handy for unexpected health issues.

The view from the room was exceptional and having a private rooftop was great. The pool was great along with the jacuzzi. The proximity to the beach was also wonderful.

The facilities were a little dated but not to the degree that it took away from the overall trip. Wifi was a bit patchy.

Great location, right next to the beach.

Few things were old in the apartment, or were not up to standard. Clothes dryer did not work properly and did not dry clothes even when 2 cycles were used for same set of clothes. One of the bathroom door doesn't lock. Utensils were a bit old to be used.

Loved the location so close to beach and great walking and bike tracks. Good takeaway food and short drive to shopping centre. Our unit was perfect for families with lots of room.

would be nice to have side tables near couch and also low light lamp.

Fantastic customer service, we were advised we could check in early and the kind manager went above and beyond to facilitate that. Facilities were excellent and the apartment was clean and spacious. Just a couple of minutes walk directly across to the beach. Wouldn't hesitate to return

Easy walk to beach. Fantastic pool and clean beautiful grounds. Quick walk to some lovely cafes.

Is located opposite the airport but only noticed the sound outside the apartment. Didn't effect our stay as I understood when I booked the location

The best thing about the resort is the direct beach access to flagged swimming area! Penthouse unit had fantastic unobstructed 360 degree views, ok fit out . Generous size. Roof top excellent to watch sunsets Airport noise was not a problem

Resort tired, unit tired, needs updating and a deep clean.
