Location of the Sebel is excellent. It opens onto Hasting St. Very close to all shops, restaurants and the beach. Security was good, fittings and layout of apartment was good. Parking was secure and underneath the property and entered from the rear of the property so no need to navigate busy Hastings St.

Sebel is beginning to show some signs of age. Only minor signs but some need for attention. We would have preferred a King size bed. The extra large bed was more like a Queen Size. The tiling was a little old fashioned but clean with signs of wear. Bathroom was immaculate but some dampness issues at the base of the door. Excellent shower but older style, glass door. A noisy swimming pool with loud excited children. Luckily, our room did not overlook the pool. I would avoid being close to the pool is you are travelling as a couple.

Location is superb, right in the middle of Hastings street, set back from the road so nice and quiet but with restaurants, shops and the beach right by the door. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The pool area and garden beds are really pretty. The apartment was spacious for two people and had a lovely balcony, carefully screened so quite private despite the apartments of another resort just opposite. Had all the necessary facilities for a holiday apartment: decent size fridge/freezer, kettle, coffeemaker, iron, cook top, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, tv etc. All in all, great value for money, particularly for Noosa. The room seemed to be serviced daily with bins emptied daily, bathroom and kitchen wiped down and towels replenished regularly plus two full cleans during our week's stay.

We have stayed at the Sebel before but in a privately owned apartment so it was immediately obvious that although the apartment was very clean and spacious with relatively new appliances, it was a bit dated in terms of furnishing and colour scheme (very beige) and could do with a refresh. Storage is very limited so many clothes stayed in the case for the duration of our break – it would probably be better to replace the spa bath in the bedroom with a larger wardrobe.

1 bed unit was very comfortable, clean and had all facilities ie dishwasher, full laundry, blueray player and basic Foxtel. Bed was super comfy and glad we chose poolside view as at night it was quiet. Location was great, as you just cross the road, through a building and onto Main Beach. Lovely, helpful staff

Internet whilst free was unstable. As tv channels were basic and Foxtel was very limited to what you could watch we had brought our Chromecast. Unfortunately internet was too bad for us to use it. Ended up using a hdmi cable from laptop to tv and hot spotting to phone to get Netflix etc. Pool area is lovely but really geared for children and not so much adults only.

The property is in a fantastic location, close to all amenities and right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops etc. The outdoor area of the property is immaculately maintained and is picture perfect. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and met all our requirements.

The apartment we had, although spacious and well appointed is looking very tired and dated. The furnishings were uncomfortable, stained and just need to be replaced. The bed also is in need of replacement.

Excellent location on Hastings street, close to shops, restaurants and beach. Parking was under the complex. Our apartment was beautifully appointed, comfortable and welcoming. The use of washing machine was great and the kitchen had everything and more than we needed. The outside patio for dining was well used and although facing the street was not noisy. We didn’t use the gym although it looked good and the pools are lovely in the sunshine and lit up at night. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we would definitely visit again.

Location is superb. Reception staff and housekeeping staff are fantastic, helpful and pay attention to detail. Carparking is secure, lifts straight to our floor was very convenient. Would stay at The Sebel again.

We were advised wifi to televisions was unavailable due to a system upgrade. Wifi generally could be improved to better support working but it was manageable.

Location was great, quick easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Stairwells all recently tiled and newly painted.

The bed was reasonably hard and not particularly comfortable in comparison to the other hotels we have been staying at this trip. The centre of the resort is shut off so to get to the Main Street was a long walk down a side alley way. Booking.Com did not mention that the resort was under construction with work being undertaken Mon-Fri 8am-4pm however thankfully we received a text message and email direct from the hotel after making a booking giving us the option to cancel. Booking.com should really state this on its page as there is major construction works taking place. We were grateful to be placed far away from the current worksite.

The property was in a perfect location. Staff were always very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

There were new recliners and the owners had removed the cords…we couldn’t use them..the recliners were not comfortable when not reclined. Staff gave us a food voucher to compensate..they also offered to move us but the lifts were not working in that area they wanted to move us to.

Location in Noosa

The unit 627 needs an upgrade, door into bathroom from the dining area was damaged and not acceptable for a 4 star Accor apartment. Carpet in lounge was dirty, lights mounted on the wall in the bathroom were rusty. The tiled flooring was pitted due to wear and tear and age. We have stayed at the Sebel several times over the years and the property has not been maintained and upgraded.

Fantastic location. Very friendly helpful staff. Great quiet room. Pool side drink service was brilliant.

Rooms are very tired - look and feel not what I expected. The bathroom needs a deep clean - areas of grout and shower door hinges black. Pool area very small and not maximising available space well. Pool service with light snacks other than crisps would be great. Other guests reserving seats and not arriving for hours unfair to other guests.
