Fabulous location. Perfect place to relax especially on the balcony. I would be happy to stay there all day. Access to the beach was so easy. Outdoor furniture was modern and comfortable. Very friendly staff with excellent service. Very clean room.

Facilities inside needs some upgrading. Some examples: shower head rusted, kitchen outdated (banging cupboards, cooktop a little rusted). Complementary breakfast were pastries and fruit cups (which were amazing) but it was a first in first serve basis - I was hoping for a buffet type breakfast which I didn’t know until after I booked the place.

The view of the beach and location to shops and restaurants were excellent!! The room was clean and modern with a lovely outdoor seating area.

We were told there was a complimentary breakfast included in the price.......I don't call a croissant and a plastic cup filled with the cheapest fruit available a breakfast!!! No coffee, no juice and you have to take the meager offerings back to your room to consume. There seemed to be an electrical problem as the outdoor lights flickered and the bedside lights continually pulsed light when turned off!!! We told the staff who basically ignored us.

Location right on the beach at the front and Hastings st at the back couldn’t me more central

The fact that our beautiful room and view was disturbed most mornings at 5.30 am and evenings at 11.30 pm by the restaurant down below scrapping chairs across the floor! The first morning we were awoken by drills and hammers at 5.30 am!. When we mentioned to the reception staff they said there had been told the evening before ! Didn’t inform us! The addition of breakfast every morning was most welcome so was the milk tea and coffee that was replaced when we asked. Great setting but was disappointed by the morning and evening noise. We had room 16 a beach front one bed apartment which wasn’t cheap but nothing is in Noosa

The room was spacious and very inviting. The balcony and view were amazing! Can't beat the location, ease of access to the beach and shops and restaurants.

I didn't feel the level of service from the staff matched the quality of the accommodation. Reception were friendly enough but didn't go beyond and above expectation. On check in the guy was lovely and super friendly and told me if i needed a late checkout it would be available. On the day of checkout the lady was only willing to give me an extra half an hour even though the room was available for the whole day and no one else waa checking in. My flight was late afternoon so this was quite inconvenient. The guest lounge was sufficient but there were no towels or hairdryers and the toilet/shower area was so hot with little air con.

The room studio suite was perfect for two. From 13. Ocean view, enormous balcony with hot tub, bbq, and two lounge chairs. Unobstructed Ocean views. The staff were exceptional - Liz, Olivia sand Laura and I stay in a lot of hotels. They genuinely cared and were very friendly and beyond attentive in so many ways. We loved the pool, Ocean access, prime location. Upon arrival perfect, re: cleanliness, towards the end housekeeping really lagged but the ladies at the front desk, again, sanitizing and on top of it. We stayed for 9 days and couldn't have left more relaxed and wanting to return soon.

The room was clean and modern. The limited view of the beach was nice and the outdoor space, although unusually shaped was well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The pool area was nice, however in the afternoons could become a little messy from other guests leaving things around. The cushions on the outdoor furniture could use some upgrading.

Free breakfast could have been more, perhaps some yoghurt or fruit juice.

Excellent location and facilities. The staff were lovely. Parking included, for both of our cars. Breakfast included, could have been more substantial. There was no ice in the trays in the freezer and only one tiny uht milk for 3 days in house. More milk and ice were provided, upon request. No cushions on the sun beds. I didn't like the rocks in front of the terraces, grass would have been better. Mahalo and aloha

Decor in my room was beautiful on level 2. Decor in friends room on level 1 was dull and not beachy. I liked having an apartment style even though I didn't need to use all the facilities. My sofa was super comfy. I liked the location. Liked that laundry facilities didn't cost extra to use.

Too much noise comes through the door and didn't feel private in the bedroom. Also I stayed by myself if I had anyone else in my room the bathroom was not private, fun idea but not my thing. Coffee pods were awful. Restaurant had no closing time on the menu so I assumed it would be open 24hours. I tried ordering at 9pm and it was closed. Spa bath ran out of hot water after 20cm height of water.

We had an incredible stay at On The Beach Noosa. It is in the perfect location on Hastings street with very easy access to restaurants but more importantly the Beach. We had one of the penthouses and the view was absolutely spectacular over looking the beach and the National Park.

The hotel and room was slightly dated but not a big issues.

The location is perfect in the heart of Noosa. Low key but efficient service - the rooms are great. Really comfy bed, plenty wardrobe space, nice powerful shower, air con that works! And an amazing private terrace one floor up with perfect sea views & spa bath. It’s way better here than the pics on the internet. I’d definitely come here next time we’re in Noosa - couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended
