Couldn't get closer to the beach. Great location for shops and restaurants, very easy. We booked ground level as travelling with elderly parents. There were still a few stairs to get in an out, and the lift was a bit fickle but we managed. Ground level does not mean there are no stairs. Lift from the street, but there were still a few stairs to ground floor room. Great balcony with magnificent views with stunning sunsets. Stairs down to beach and pool, no lift option. Rooms were comfortable, serviced daily.

Few more stairs to navigate than I thought (travelling with elderly).

This was our second stay at Fairshore Noosa and you cannot beat the location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit on the 3rd floor this time, which was a little tired but tidy enough with good facilities. The pool area is lovely and last time we stayed we made the most of the BBQ's on the Hastings St side of the building for dinner so we could have the sunset.

Unfortunately, the shower water temperature was lukewarm and the vent in the bathroom was on permanently and a bit noisy, plus the Wifi wasn't great. We did not contact reception about any of these issues at the time though, as our stay was so short, so I'm sure they would have sorted out these problems if possible.

Location, view over beach & pool. Pool is a lovely size for lots of people and kids with shade options. Beach is just 15 steps away and its lovely sitting on the balcony watching the waves. Casting to TV worked well. Apartment had great proximity to restaurants and shops (downstairs) !

Main bed is nearly at end of life. Apartment is quite small for a 2-bedroom, ok for 2 people, but would be tight for families, plus no ensuite and limited storage in bedrooms.

The location is the absolute best! On the beach and in the heart of Hastings Street. We had a ground floor apartment and was perfect for easy access to the pool and beach. There are some stairs from apartment to pathway so be aware if brining pram or need accessibility. I read reviews online that the ground floor rooms hadn't been refurbished but I thought the room we had (#14) was lovely and modern. A little dusty in areas but nothing extreme!

Bringing luggage to the room wasn't easy as no lift straight from car park to room (and we were on the ground floor), can't imagine how hard it would have been to take everything up higher. Also, although some staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome and some were the complete opposite and made us feel burdensome and were annoyed to be asked basic questions. Get this anywhere I guess.

Location was superb - beach front access, pool & spa. Located in the heart of Hastings Street - restaurants, cafes, shops, bars & Surf Club. Amazing!

Apartment 20 at Fairshore is quite old and in need of a renovation/update. Kitchen and bathroom dated and well worn. Could do with a serving bowl/platter, new chopping board. Location & incredible view made up for the tired apartment.

Cannot beat the location.

Our linen was stained, was a bit off putting initially. appliances were outdated, rangehood didnt work, stovetop took forever to heat up, fridge froze some foods at the back. Hotwater was unpredictable. Main bed was uncomfortable, saggy. Maybe would be acceptable if you werent paying some of the most expensive rates in noosa.

Apartment was beautiful. Spacious and well stocked. The view from the balcony over the ocean was stunning. Also excellently located on Hastings Street. You can walk from the property straight onto the main beach and are also close to numerous shops and restaurants.

Location is excellent. Parking is so valuable. Everything is kept clean. Sitting outside observing the beach was beautiful.

The pool and spa were dominated by families with children making it difficult to enjoy. Some of the room fixtures and decor seemed a bit old/tired. The lift frequently didn’t work.

Fantastic property in the best location in Noosa. Right on the beach with amazing views. Accom Noosa were very helpful and provided clear instructions. Quality facilities that were spotless. Fresh towels every day and lovely toiletries. Will stay again for sure.

The lift was out of order throughout our stay and our room was on level 3. Staff were not unfriendly but not very helpful either. We had to ask for fresh towels and toiletries not replaced regularly. Too many rules and potentially hidden costs e.g., $60 penalty if you failed to return plastic room keys, $60 penalty if you don’t take the rubbish out, extra cleaning fees may apply. Bed mattress was uncomfortable and although recently renovated bedrooms smelled musty. Bathroom area was too small.
