Room was clean, compact, basic, comfortable (excellent bed/mattress), excellently located.. Staff and manager were excellent - relaxed, friendly and accommodating. Great coffee and food in their cafe too! (Melbourne coffee-snob here, lol)

I had nothing to complain about. Everything was easy.

Location was absolutely perfect - that's why we booked it Room was small, but had a "beach hut" feel, no luxury but good enough for a beach hut, everything worked Owners were helpful by text as soon as I got my phone working The restaurant downstairs has nothing to do with the Motel, but the people were very friendly We used the hotel to sleep and clean up - we were out enjoying Noosa heads most of the time - it's fantastic... and Hastings street is the place to be.

Didn't get the arrival instructions - that was my fault, that made checking in a bit difficult as there was no one from the motel onsite. A waiter from the restaurant downstairs helped us - he told us he wasn't meant to. Parking was not great, if you want to park there, you need to book a space and pay - do it well in advance as it was fully booked during our stay. Working out where you were allowed to park was difficult, the signage around the beaches tell you what you can't do, not what you can do, so when you're parking you hope you haven't missed a sign. We got a $150 parking fine for parking the wrong way on a street (which is allowed in the UK but not in Australia), the traffic wardens are out to catch you - beware.

We had mixed expectations going in, but were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Keep in mind, this is a motel, not a hotel, and you're paying for the best value accommodation on Hastings Street. If you're looking for a more upscale experience to match the area’s image, you might want to opt for a hotel. However, for those on a budget, this place offers great value. One thing to note—if you're of a solid build, you may find the rooms a bit tight, as they were designed with 1960s standards in mind. Still, overall, it exceeded our expectations for the price and location.

The location is excellent; Hastings Street is where you want to be in Noosa Heads. The room is nicely decorated with Kmart furnishings; the style is in keeping with the beach theme. I arranged to store my luggage in the office with the cleaners, as there was no one at reception during my stay. I was able to message the manager, but it is not the same as speaking to a person directly. The balcony is very comfortable. The refrigerator is located in the mirrored cupboard, I almost missed it, and I found a full sized hair dryer in the cupboard also which was appreciated.

The towels were good but they smelled of bleech. There is no one at reception so this property lacks the personal touch. The bathroom is very narrow, and the shower door needs to be left open so that your knees do not hit the glass when you sit on the toilet seat.

The location was perfect. The room was perfect for me (1 person) and the cost was outstanding for the location. I am considering booking it every year, on my regular annual visit to the Sunshine coast. Can't give enough praise

Only thing would be the shower leaks when showering, design of the shower door. Booking.com let me down, as I made an error with my booking and I won't be using them again. The Property Owner sorted it for me, and I am greatly thankful of of that, she solved the problem and went out of her way, and she did not have to do that by law. Thanks so very much

Excellent location in the hub of bars, shops and restaurants and surprisingly quiet at night. The connection to piccolinos next door is a plus. The checking in process was simple and efficient. We are travelling by motorbike and, as the weather had taken a turn for the worse, I messaged the property the day before our arrival to see if we could stay an extra night. My request was accommodated within a few hours. The cleaning staff were most pleasant and greeted us with a cheerful smile whenever we saw them. A welcoming place to stay.

Nothing negative to comment upon

The location was amazing few steps to Main Beach. Amazing shopping strip with plenty of choice for casual or restaurant dining. The restaurant attached to the hotel was bustling with people. I didn’t get the opportunity in my 4 night stay. mainly because I was in Noosa to meet up with my children and six grandchildren for Christmas festivities. I will certainly stay again and breakfast will definitely be on the agenda.

Great location central to everything. Luis the manager was excellent. Very helpful. Helped with directions around Noosa, found tables in the restaurant, made check in super easy and allowed me to store my bag after check out. Nothing was too much trouble. I mentioned the shower temperature was a bit low and it was fixed within an hour. Exceeded my expectations completely. I was so impressed I booked 10 Hastings for later in the year as well. Cannot recommend enough.

The hotel is situated in the quiet end of Hastings St and although the room was small it was very clean and airy. Our balcony in room 1 meant we could eat outside and listen to the live music from the Cafe downstairs. Our contact with the staff was friendly quick and efficient. I would recommend for a couple who like to walk to restaurants and the beach and only staying a couple of nights.

The Window and door were well insulated. The Motel is close to the beach, Restaurants and shops. The Piccolino Restaurant, located in the same building serves excellent food at a reasonable price in the heart of Noosa. Half price if you order between 5.00 and 5.20pm or later a 10 % Discount of their bill. Breakfast from 7.00am.
