Great location with the beach in front and Hastings St access. Room serviced every day and each apartment was equipped with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Great staff with nothing too much trouble.

Lovely reception staff who greeted us with a friendly smile each day. Very helpful maintenance manager who personally guided me to the laundry and day shower areas on our day of arrival. Reception staff assisted with finding a larger pot for cooking a pasta meal in our room, with great efficiency.

Most of the pool area was closed for maintenance for two out of our three day stay (albeit notification was given to us prior to our stay). The cleaners removed a cardboard box full of shopping bags and x1 insulated shopping bag (which we had left on the floor) from our room without asking us. I guess that they presumed it was a box of rubbish!

Everything was great. The bed was comfortable. We slept well. The shower was good. The room was tidied for us every day. The kitchenette had everything that was needed. The pool area looked nice however we didn’t use it due to the weather being a bit cool for swimming for us. Our room faced Hastings Street. It was quiet. Next time we’d like to stay in one of beach facing rooms to take advantage of the view. They looked lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. So handy to have parking and we appreciated not having to move our car straight away after checkout. Noosa is a beautiful place to holiday.

If I had to be picky I wish the bathroom lighting was a bit better for putting on makeup. Everything else was perfect. Having an iron and ironing board was great for us.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the middle of Hastings Street. The staff were lovely and the rooms were great. We stayed in a Studio Street Side (No View) Room, which are on the Hastings Street side of the building. The windows are frosted as there is a internal, hotel walkway right outside which was fine. The pools were beautiful and overlooked the ocean. Will definitely be happy to stay again.

Only minimal issues - the rooms weren't very sound proof so we were woken up during the night by street noise. There were a range of pillow sizes, but I still found them all too big.

Loved the location and easy access to the beach. Loved the parking facilities. Lady at the reception was very nice and helpful.

The room itself wasn't the best. I knew I was getting the room with no views or a balcony which was fine with me but didn't realise that our only window in the room would be right next to bed and look into the busiest pathway where all the guests are walking in and out if the building 24/7 Was woken up on both morning by the stuff talking really loudly right outside the door. And the room wasn't cleaned / bed wasn't made in the whole day we were out so was a bit frustrating coming home after a big wedding day to remaking the bed myself. Otherwise was still a pleasant stay.

We were very lucky to have a room with a little balcony on the side of the building and hence a glimpse of the sea every now and then! Hotel location was superb, right on the beach, and cosy room with full kitchen facilities (which we didn’t use) was neat, clean and very comfortable! For a seaside room, the bathroom was well designed with all necessary (better quality) amenities. Beach bags, towels, chairs and umbrella were all provided/available at no extra charges. Bright and spacious car park, BBQ pit and a few swimming pools were useful for a wonderful vacation too!

Nothing to be dislike at all. Perfect if we could also checkout at 12noon.

Great location, right next to everything on Hastings Street. Rooms are super clean, big and comfy. Nice bedding, full kitchen, staff was incredibly lovely! They knew my name, who I was and even though I only stayed for 2 nights, they gave me great advice about everything in Noosa. I paid a heavily discounted price for the room though because it was a middle of week kind of stay, I suppose.

Only a few issues: website mentioned a washer/dryer in the type of room I got (cheapest one), but there was none. Then, the afternoon (!!) before my checkout they put this note under the door, which I considered quite rude. I would have preferred a staff member kindly reminding me of this during check-in. Also, they expect some kind of cleanup like Airbnbs (??) but that seems to be the standard in Australia.

We had a three night stay, our balcony apartment overlooked Hastings Street. It was tiny and it didn't get any sun but we were sheltered from the wind and was a fun people-watching spot. Room was serviced daily and fresh towels supplied. We had breakfast and two dinners on site, did our own dishes and "Milk Bar" across the road was perfect for supplies. Delicious deli/salads/cooked chicken/meat - a mini supermarket. Seahaven is right in the middle of H St, right on the beach front with shopping, cafe and restaurant scene at your door. Room 317 although small, location highly recommended for a short stay.

Not a lot to not like as it wasn't noisy after dark as we thought it might be. Disappointed with one of the close-by restaurants, Seasons. Although in a beautiful location, the cocktails, food and service was not up to expected standard. Sofitel bar across the road did the best Margaritas.

Great location on hastings street - hotel backs onto the beach so perfect for walks. Room had everything you needed - tea/coffee as well as a fridge and toaster.

Some of the rooms - including ours had windows that face into the main walk way. This is good for light and air - but terrible for noise. I found that people that walked through there either early in the morning or late at night making noise echoed through the whole hallway and into our room. Also - cleaners who came at 9am were particularly noisy (it's a reasonable time to make noise) as their equipment on the tiles echoed quite loudly.

The property is right on Main Beach. Such a fantastic location with a fabulous pool, spa and bbq area. The room had a kitchenette with a microwave and bar fridge. Our stay also included parking. The quality of the furnishings etc was very nice.

Our room didn’t have a clear window to see out of which I didn’t like, it felt like an interior room on a cruise. The window was frosted. Our room faced Hastings St. The blind didn’t block out all the light. Could be noisy at night with live music at venues.
