The penthouse is stunning, the photos on the website don’t do it justice. Location is perfect. We will definitely stay again.

Given the nightly rate it was disappointing ams a little frustrating that the air conditioning want working when we arrived. After a few hours it was fixed which was great but we were told we would be compensated then on the last day we were told that we wouldn’t because it was fixed on the day. Working air conditioning is a normal expectation especially when paying over $900 a night and no compensation at all was disappointing. We were also charged for 4 pool towels but were not told there was a charge until I saw it on my credit card. We also had to ask for clean bath towels and toilet paper on day 3, again something you would expect was done without having to ask.

Location in Hastings St Kayak hire out the back yard a bonus. Clean cool sheets, comfy big pillows. 2 toasters available. Warm pool. Air con Clean floors outside especially. Lots of TVs. Lots of nice new clean draws for clothes. Lots of birds to feed in backyard. Nice grass to play on in back yard. Relaxing deck chair Decor was beautiful to look at... The list goes on it was perfect. So close to our favourite walk to the Fairy Pools on the Noosa Heads Headland.

I lost the paper with the pin codes to start with. Would have preferred that emailed so I was more prepared for the gates. Hedge blocking view to water from ground floor but on the other hand it's good privacy. Bath with no plug. Dishwasher no detergent, used dish soap.

Apart from noise on the Saturday night from the adjacent apartment, my four night stay was perfect, and it was the weekend after all! Thank you. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The location is excellent and very central. The studio was spotlessly clean and was fresh smelling and airy. The bed was super comfortable. The outdoor pool is beautiful and well maintained as are the plants round about.

We loved the position of Jacaranda Noosa. It was so close to all of the action, but set back from Hastings Street so it was quiet at night. The staff were absolutely lovely and the pool area was delightful - the temperature was perfect and it was very clean. There were plenty of chairs and plenty of shade. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed.

We were on the ground floor so looked out on the hedge, not the river, so upper floors are better, but that was just the luck of the draw and we still enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoon - however. ground floor would be perfect for little kids as there was grass for them to run around on.

Loved our stay at Jacaranda Noosa. The apartment was clean, spacious and very convenient for all the restaurants, shops and beach. Really relaxing time after very busy few weeks of travelling. If we are lucky enough to return to Noosa again, we will certainly stay here. Also email communications were very helpful as we arrived later on after office hours.

From the moment we arrived, I was immediately impressed with the Staff and every Staff member I had contact with throughout our stay were the same, they were genuinely friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem. They were excellent. Our room and the facilities were beautiful and clean, the beds were lovely and comfortable. I would definately stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone considering it.

everything was exceptional - booking process was great with fantastic communication, nothing was too difficult - we asked for additional parking spaces and they were only too happy to help, flexibility around check out time was also really helpful. The property is just beautiful with amazing bedding and everything you could ask for - we loved it.

Great location - quick walk to beach and on the doorstep of great shops and restaurants. The apartment was lovely - it has everything we needed for a family of four. The sunsets over the river were beautiful.

If I had to be picky, it would be great for them to include coffee pods for the coffee machine. The pool is ok but not amazing.

Location in middle of Hastings Street, so convenient for bars and restaurants. Property was gorgeous, lovely layout, spacious, beautiful furniture and really good balcony. Fabulous staff who sorted out WiFi so quickly which I really appreciated.

We loved the location which was a short stroll across Hastings Street to the beach and central to all the restaurants and shops. Our apartment was spacious, clean and well decorated and opened on to a terrace and lawn with views of the river.

Although the bathroom facilities were adequate they were a little dated.
