It was very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous setting and very close to the beach and Hastings Street. Staff were excellent to deal with - very responsive and helpful.

We were frustrated by the lack of toilet paper, coffee pods and garbage bags in the kitchen. These are all staples - and sufficient for the entire stay should be provided. Buying toilet paper on the second day of our stay was really annoying and to be honest, makes you feel unwelcome. We had already ordered our groceries so this required a special trip to the shops. We managed (badly) the lack of garbage bags because who wants to buy a roll of garbage bags on holidays! If it really can’t be supplied - perhaps tell guests so they can make arrangements with groceries orders etc.

the location was great, a short stroll up a hill at the end of Hastings St. straight down to the beach and all restaurants. easy to do to the walk to the national park and also up to the lookout. the pool was heated, and clean. the apartment was up in the trees, we got a great breeze. and visually you felt like you were in a treehouse. it was so relaxing. lots of space to lounge about, and comfy beds and good size rooms. Rick and Simone were great in contacting us, and helping with our requests. fantastic stay, will definitely stay again.

Stunning apartment, open, light and airy with views of the rainforest which made it feel a million miles away - even though Hastings St was only a quick stroll. Comfortable beds, and well appointed kitchen. Balconies galore. The pool was lovely!

We had a slight issue with the hot water when the weather was overcast - but it sounds like it has a quick fix and the staff were straight onto it.

Brilliant location, lush and private but just a few minutes walk from Hastings St, the beach and National Park walking trails. Huge 3 bed villa, very modern with high raked ceilings, multiple balconies and fantastic views of the bay.

Not a concern for us but the walk up hill from town back to the apartment might be a struggle for people who are not particularly fit or active. But you can’t get a view without elevation, right…..?

Only commet - a shower by the pool would be helpful pafrticularly to shower off sand after the beach before entering the pool

Everything was immaculate and inviting from the lighting ambient music on arrival right down to toiletries just exquisite and tasteful designed

Great location and villas was spacious

I booked Noosa Residences for a weekend girls’ trip and this was the best place we’d all ever stayed in. The apartment is beautifully designed and the views were breathtaking - you feel like you’re right in the middle of the rainforest. Location is super close to Hastings st and the beach and national parks, but it is incredibly quiet and feels like a relaxing retreat. All three rooms were spacious and comfortable and bathrooms were good too.

Didn’t stay for longer! :(
