It was a great vacation for us. Great staff and facilities. However, the hotel was in nature and surrounded by trees, which was a beautiful thing.

We stayed 7 days in 3 rooms with our family friends. We asked them to give us a room with a sea view and rooms on the upper floors and they gave us the first floor. We did not find the cleaning sufficient because only a basic cleaning was done for 7 days and the floors were not cleaned.

The room was excellent very clean and modern and a good size

You advertise a golf cart transport to & from Hastings St, which only seems to work from the Hotel down to the pickup spot, coming back is another story as there were a dozen or more hot and tired guests left waiting over 20 mins down hill to return to the resort, with no answer to phone calls or text messages - it seems the reception staff are also doing the buggy rides, so the service is not as advertised with a 6 min wait - particularly at the height of Summer in what would be the busiest time of year - speaking to other guests this is a regular occurrence - this would definitely have me rethinking a return visit

The hotel refused to give me a receipt for my stay. They say I have to get it from bookings.com. Booking. Com say I get the receipt from the hotel. For all other stays made through bookings.com I have received a receipt from the hotels themselves. Peppers Noosa have refused. I now have a huge credit card bill that I cannot claim back from work because I have no receipt. I have gone round in circles between bookings.com and peppers Noosa both refusing to issue one. I feel disappointed with peppers Noosa and would recommend not booking their hotel through bookings.com.

The location is beautiful and I enjoyed the lovely forest view from my room and the sounds of the birds in the morning. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff greeting at breakfast were always cheerful and very helpful in arranging to book a big table for us every morning as we were a group of nine people. The choice at breakfast was very generous, more than enough to cater for all tastes.

Front door was difficult to open with the fob. Had to ask for help from friendly staff at reception. No light over the door so was a bit dark trying to get in at night.

Huge apartment, set in bush surroundings. Use of both pools. Easy walk to Hastings Street with a buggy service if you don’t fancy the walk back up the hill!

Great sized rooms for family and we got upgraded to a penthouse room which was huge! Downsides are Pool is smaller and dated and gets little sun, restaurant had nice food but no ambience or vibe. This place is missing a pool bar for sure. Best part of the stay was the incredible nice and friendly staff taking us up and down in the buggy to Hastings street. Also checked us in earlier than expected which was a bonus as we arrived fairly early.

Beautiful calm location nestled in the national park, with easy access to the buzz of Noosa's main street. Many staff were clearly new or untrained, but most made an effort and we felt welcome.

Overall the restaurant staff were excellent, which provided a contrast to the head waiter. He seemed to have attended a European version of the Basil Fawlty School of Hospitality - curt to the point of brusqueness, deliberately unhelpful and condescending at the same time. He even managed to hit me in the chest with my dinner plate! While we found it quite funny, his manner probably explains why the dining room was empty at the busiest holiday period.

Location!!! Was superb surrounded by lush tropical gardens and national park. It is so close to Hastings street with a 5minutes walk downhill but there is also a golf buggy service to take u down and bring u back up. U are so close to Hastings street but also away from it so don’t get the noise or the huddle and bustle! The facilities are sensational! Pools, restaurant, the cocktails at the bar were scrumptious and the life musician had a Jack Johnson vibe - we felt like we were on an island in the tropics!! The staff are so friendly- they couldn’t help us enough with anything from recommended places to eat or visit. They delivered on everything I asked for! Which was a private secluded room away from families with children, away from the pool and with a view of the national park or lush gardens. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a night or 2 away for a girls weekend. Bruna at reception- u are a credit to the resort!! U thought of everything and more! Ur personal touches blew me away! thank u so much - the room was absolutely magnificent exceeded all my expectations and the price - even during school holidays was very reasonable considering the size of the rooms and inclusions including a spa bath!! We stayed in the SANDS and highly recommend it!

Nothing - everything was set for a perfect weekend away - my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer! One night was def not long enough!

Villa was incredible.

The buggy service was disappointing and slow. Felt like we had to wait 15 minutes every time we needed a buggy from Hastings st to our room or the other way around. Quicker to walk but that is tough with 4 little kids and lots of bags.

We stayed in a three level villa and it was very comfortable for our three families (four adults and three small children).

One of the golf cart drivers (a young lady) was VERY rude to my daughter and her young children. She tried to deny them a ride back from the beach because my daughter wasn't able to produce the "cart ride card" that we were issued when we checked into the Resort. We were only provided with one card and it happened to be with me at the time and I wasn't with them. It was a vert HOT day (27 November 2023) and the kids were tired, hot and "cranky" after a day at the beach. It must (or should) have been obvious they were staying at the Resort. Why else would someone with two very young children with beach attire, towels, etc. want a ride to the Resort? This bad experience created unnecessary stress for my daughter and her young family and made an otherwise wonderful experience less so...
