The location. It’s close enough to be able to walk if you want to get 20-30 mins exercise in. The spacious kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen had all necessary equipment and utensils. The bathroom had beautifully smelling and quality soaps. The beautiful balcony with view to Noosa river.

The unit was a two bedroom with ensuite and second bathroom, which was great, especially if you book for four people. But as a couple, the second bathroom was locked and we couldn’t use it. This made things a bit uncomfortable as we only had access to the ensuite in the bedroom. My husband likes to stay up till early hours in the morning watching sports games and he would wake me every time when using the bathroom. I didn’t get much sleep 😔 also being a light sleeper. I would recommend that the second bathroom be opened even if just couple using the unit. Thank you.

Amazing view, amenities included such as dishwasher & laundry powder, washing machine & dryer, large comfortable couch, fans in bedrooms & living area, large doors which opened up to balcony, natural light in living area, plus nice dark bedrooms. Had use of the yoga mat & boogie board which was great. Beach chairs were also available to borrow. Manager (Michael) was extremely friendly and helpful.

Clothes airer in property was way too small, need to spend money on a larger family sized one!! Then would not need to hang towels over balcony railing. Wifi was terrible! Kept dropping out, could not watch pay TV. Only free to air TV was working.

The room was clean and spacious with a wonderful view of the river and beach glimses from the deck. The room stayed cool despite the heat and the fans and aircon helped too. The internal laundry was great. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well supplied with cooking equipment. A few essentials such as olive oil and pepper was appreciated. It was great spot up the hill from the main beach. The summer free bus made getting home up the step hill easy.

Small things - a few more tea towels and supplied garbage bags would have been appreciated.

Location was fabulous, not far from Hastings or the Junction. You must be prepared to walk the steep hills. The apartment was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Clean. Always had hot water

Coffee and sugar were out of date. Minor but it is important. No sweeping brush only a vacuum. Poor internet. The pots and pans are not non-stick which was off putting when cooking for my family

Very comfy and large space, great balcony view and well located if you want to walk around without worrying about driving/parking.

There was quite a bit of dust on the wall in the single beds bedroom. Not enough blankets and toiletries were offered for 4 adults. If we were a couple with two kids, it'll probably could be sufficient. Anyway, still a great place to stay!

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and cafes. The penthouse apartment was beautiful. Very spacious and styled with a modern comfortable look. The kitchen was very well equipped. The rooftop had an amazing view of the ocean. The spa was a lovely bonus. We had a few bbqs up there as there was a big table and chairs.

Close to Hastings St shops 6 mins walk down the hill and 5 mins the other way to Coles, Kmart & more cafes. Buses run constantly back up the hill from both sides (Hibiscus stop). 2 bed Apartment was large, well appointed and light with a nice aspect, balcony & seating. 2 bathrooms. Excellent for a couple or a family.

The bed was a little firm for my liking as I like a plush feel but it was good quality nonetheless

The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was also very well equipped. There was a small milk in the fridge, tea bags, sugar and instant coffee sachets to get us started. The bed was very comfortable. We were on the first floor but still had a view of the lagoon from our balcony.

Nothing but be aware there isn’t a lift to apartments on upper floors

Panoramic views and good location. Spacious open plan kitchen and living area extending to a spacious balcny. We had a Penthouse roof with spa pool which was wonderful. We liked the added touch of provision of beach chairs, beach mat, kids strollers etc. Helpful management.

No lifts and many stairs up to the top floors and so higher rooms may not be suitable for some people.

unit 7 was much more modern than our friends unit 9, which i guess they were not happy about given they are staying 4 more nights

there is a problem with internal knocking through the night.I could not work out if it was fronds on the roof or gutters, or is it the water pipe system.As the t main bed is in front of the hot water system I suspect that maybe the problem.BUT continual knocking through the night, does not help a light sleeper.
