Self contained apartment, spacious, comfortable, clean, kitchen well equipped, Furniture is new(ish). Beautiful view from the balcony. The boardwalk to Hastings St is great. Pools and tennis court are also well maintained. Mid-stay clean after 4 nights provided. Great for families.

Not a problem with the hotel specifically, it’s just the Noosa landscape - this hotel is at the bottom of the hill. You need an above average level of fitness to walk up to Noosa Junction where Coles and IGA are, it’s a bit hard with kids. Same with the board walk, the way down is fine but coming back, there is a bit of a hill. We went during the Victorian school holidays, be aware that there are teenagers in large groups everywhere and they can be loud. We had some noise coming from other apartments but they stopped by 10pm.

The quality of the apartment, the way it was styled and little touches. The view was nice, I think better if you were higher up so our view was interrupted. The location looks far from Hastings street but it is not because they have this cool boardwalk down to lions park, so it's a pleasant walk. Would definitely stay there again.

A little picky, for a high quality establishment the towels were a let down, they were on the thin side and not nice at all. Also could you please leave some dishwashing liquid, for 2 people there was only dishwashing powder and given we didn't eat in at all its silly to run the dishwasher for a couple of glasses and mugs each day.

The apartment 4 we were in while being very clean , comfortable and newly renovated did not match the description when I booked of premium ocean view . Disappointing as I expected view of beach and bay not a roof ! When I asked this I was made to feel like I should be happy with what I got . For the money I paid it’s not an ocean view over the bay as described when I booked .

The appartment was really well located and had a really convenient and short walk into town. The views were nothing short of spectacular. Originally we were going to stay as a couple but were able to add a family member and the staff could not have been more accommodating and made the necessary changes to the booking with minimal fuss! The appartment was huge and really well kitted out and we were delighted overall. Would recommend

Short walk to beach and Lions park (with playground and beach in the river) as well as Hastings street shops, life saving club. Comfy and clean. Good kitchen facilities. 2 bathrooms and toilets. Designated parking, no need to search for a parking spot, and enough room to actually fit a car!

Pub across the road was a bit noisy Friday night, but not too late.

The property had the most spectacular view. It was half way between Noosa junction and Noosa heads. The boardwalk was excellent and made for a short stroll down to Hastings street. The room was spacious, the beds were super comfy and the everything had been considered. For example board games in the tv cabinet and umbrellas in the closet to use when needed.

It was so clean and modern just a short walk to Hastings street, it was overall perfect!

Personally I couldn’t fault it, I guess for the older person it might be a bit hilly, I am 63 and found it no problem at all.

Location, facilities in the room, room decor has got a beach vibe, conveniences, walking distance to beach, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops, value for money, and the view to die for

Being woken up on the first morning by hammering and drilling by electricians 7 am a bit early
