Julia was very helpful giving us a lift to the supermarket after we arrived. There was assistance to get our luggage to the first floor. We loved the tranquility of the property with the river view. A bus stop is just down the road and buses take you all around the Sunshine Coast for just 50c. The unit is stocked really well in the kitchen with can opener, grater and lemon squeezer. Loved the thick towels. The balcony has table and chairs for having your breakfast outside. Great library with books and CD collection available for guests to borrow. We used the guest bikes to ride into the shops to get groceries by Mary/Thomas/Gympie Sts - terrfiic shared pathways in Noosa.

It was such a shame that the pool temperature wasn't warmer for use in July. What looked like a spa pool in the listing was not. I went in the pool, but not for long, too cold. But the rest of it was great.

Welcome from Host, Julia was exceptional. From the text and email follow-up once confirmed and on arrival. Very informative about local sights and allowed a late check out. Great service, room far exceeded my expectations, and the relaxed surroundings suited my requirements. Close to local shops, beach and the facilities they have on offer along with free use of the kayaks and fishing rods make it a wonderful family environment.

Great location, lovely quiet spot right on the river and close to all the main attractions. Very clean, well maintained and equipped. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday.

Can't really pick any faults, it was exactly as described and more!

The location was perfect, the large expanse of grass, and direct river access was brilliant for kids. It was also nice and quiet, you wouldn't have known how busy Noosa was at the time we were there.

It was a shame when we went to bbq one night that the gas was empty and the bbq didn't work.

Easy check in, the onsite manager she was amazing gave the kids a ball to play with and we arrived with out scales for a boxing match. She was so lovely happy to let us use her. Her service was amazing thanks

On the water kids could fish next time we will bring the tinny

Great spot for relaxation , very quiet , nice stroll across grass to river . Great kayaks for use , extra towels given to us , lovely friendly staff and owners/ managers. Bus stop outside , easy for transport . Close to some nice new restaurants and only 5 minute stroll along the river to Central Noosaville . Will be back next year. Thanks Cayman Quays.

The location is fantastic for families - lots of area to run around, sand to play in, pool is nice and the staff have sand and pool toys available to use. The accommodation is comfortable and has all you need. It is only a 10 minute stroll to a huge playground and lots of restaurants and cafes.

The beds are a little firmer than I’m used to.

The location was great, right on the river. The rooms and clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and lovely. Enjoyed our time.
