The property is great, and unlike a lot of beachy places, it did not smell at all musty. We cooked, and the availability of the things I needed in the kitchen were much better than I usually encounter. Nonstick pans that weren’t worn out, proper knife, great stove, easy to use dishwasher and even a Smeg kettle. And a nice French press for my coffee. The beds were comfortable and firm as were the lounges and the big screen TV works great. The best part of it, though was the couple that were running it. They were very friendly and accommodating, which was important as we were traveling with an elderly person. I feel it was a lucky find and we will definitely come back when we are in the area.

I liked everything about it. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Location was close to restaurants a short stroll away along the river. The location is on the river and you have river views from the room. A short drive to Noosa national park if you want to explore the walks - it rained the whole week so we didn't get to. Close to the river sunset cruise which was pretty and recommended, we also were able to get a bus from a bus stop close by to the everglades eco tour which was fun for the kids going on the boat ride out. Flo pancakes was a must, the ginger factory is about 30 minutes drive away which was something we really enjoyed, also the mary valley rattler was something unique and not too far away. If it wasn't raining and a bit chilly for our week we would definately have gone kayaking which were available for hire along the river close by. Picked up a lovely coffee down there over the river also

It was mostly great

We got a nice 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, unit that had been recently renovated. The resort is in a great location in Noosaville, near restaurants, and cafes and the ferry to Noosa, which is very convenient, especially during busy periods, when it may be difficult to find parking in Noosa.

The unit was lovely, but the resort itself is a bit dated and in my opinion overpriced, but I guess we booked last minute in high season, therefore there was not much choice around. Bring extra toilet paper, and washing supplies if you stay more than one night, as they only supply a starter pack.

Pool was great. The managers were AMAZING, so nice & friendly, warm & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble & they were very kind to us & our children.

The upstairs room was extremely hot & stuffy, the aircon unit did work well to sort this but it was extremely loud when on so not an ideal set up. Otherwise it was all great.

Very spacious apartment, nice (recently renovated) bathroom, good airconditioning. The kitchen has everything you need for making breakfast, lunch or a simple dinner. We liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom.

Overall we had a good stay, but there are some things that could be better. For our four night stay we got one sachet of dishwasher powder, three bags of coffee, one toilet roll, etc. If you want more, you have to pay extra. This doesn’t feel very welcoming, rather like they want to get more money out of your stay. But the most ridiculous thing is that you only get 2GB of internet per 24 hours and you have to pay (6 AUD / 4 euros) to get 1 GB more, which is ridiculously expensive. So if you don’t have an Australian SIM card with data, know that you can hardly use the internet here.

Excellent location. Unit was newly renovated. Very spacious and comfortable lounge and good sized kitchen. Nice to have a verandah off the lounge. Bed linen was luxurious.

Bedrooms backed onto road which was a little noisy at night. Bathroom was really tiny.

The property is extremely well located in Noosaville, in easy walking distance to various shops & restaurants. Despite this it was not noisy. The apartment is quite modern & was clean (apart from a little sand on the porch couch). There is an excellent range of facilities including clothes washer & dryer and the kitchen has more the the usual number of utensils for food preparation & all of the appliances worked well. The bed, couch & chairs were all comfy.

The only disappointment related to the fact that although internet access was available, it didn't work well in our apartment which was at the end of the building. We had to mainly use our own data unless we sat near the pool area. Although there were some Foxtel channels, the package didn't allow for as many channels as some places offer.

The apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped. The staff was very nice. The location is excellent. We used all the facilities (bbq, pool, sauna and court and they were all in great condition. We couldn't have asked for more!

If you are a light sleeper, there is quite a bit of car noise from the street outside the rooms. It did not bother us but it might bother someone who has trouble sleeping.

Spacious living area and large TV, central location to Noosa river ferry at The Terrace Boatshed & Noosa Sound , and Cafes and shops at Noosaville! Kind and helpful managers .

The traffic noise from cars on Noosa Pde , Couldnt get the microwave or oven to work with none or unhelpful instruction page even with tech savvy 26 yo !

Great location so convenient but absolutely loved the facilities as far as having a pool, tennis and basketball court and even better that the balls and rackets were all there on hand, no hiring or signing in/out.

Just the small stuff like having some milk in the fridge to get us started and maybe allowing for extra toilet paper to allow for a booking of six people so we didn't have go and buy more but insignificant, didn't affect the quality of our trip.
