Darrel was kind enough to meet us at reception even though we were running 10mins late past key collection time. Her customer service was 10/10, and she was kind enough to give all the details we needed for our quick stay, and even kindly extended our check out time, which was very much appreciated. The apartment was well fit out and had all the essentials needed for an easy stay. Location was excellent, very close to everything but far enough back that we didn't get trapped in the Hastings traffic nightmare when we were leaving the property. I liked that upon arrival the windows and sliding doors were open, and lights ready and turned on waiting for us so we weren't coming into a closed up stuffy apartment.

We have stayed at Noosa Tropicana a few times and it never disappoints. It’s only a few minute’s drive to Hastings Street and there is also a local bus if you want to avoid finding a car park. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on Gympie Terrace. This resort offers a quiet and peaceful stay - the two bedroom apartment we stayed in was beautiful and we loved having our own rooftop escape with bbq. It had a great kitchen, comfy beds and modern bathrooms with excellent showers.

Very clean, fans and lamps and tv were placed on for our arrival and it made us feel so welcome and comfortable as though we were coming “home”. Darrell was so lovely and friendly and provided lots of travel tips and suggestions for sight seeing, landmarks and things to do in Noosa. Pool was warm and we had a lovely surprise of being upgraded by Darrell to a room with the rooftop spa. Beds were comfortable and spare blankets were available in the cupboard..Having Foxtel and fast wifi were great, as was the safe and secure onsite parking.

The location was great. Close to Gympie Terrace and on the bus route to Noosa Heads. Managers Daryl and Michael are lovely, obliging and extremely helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and the streaming service provided on the TV was excellent. It was really nice to get room service once during our stay. It was also great to have a heated pool however because of the amount of rain the pool was quite cold.

When we opened the glass door in the bedroom the traffic was very loud so we kept the door closed. This prevented us from having good air flow in the room overnight.

A beautiful spacious apartment . The rooftop spa and BQ area was such a bonus . The apartment was super comfortable and private with 3 balconies and a lovely outlook onto palm trees and the pool . The kitchen was fully equipped Particularly pretty outlook at night with the fairy lights !! The tv and movie selection was great . It was very secure and has a great car park . Reception staff were really friendly and helpful

It was on the top floor no lift . A coffee machine would have made it perfect but no problem really it was a lovely 10 min walk to waterfront cafes

Darrel and Michael were amazing. So accomodating and pleasant. We booked a 1 bed apartment with hot tub, as friends travelling, and because we were staying on off peak times Darrel upgraded us free of charge. I flew into Brisbane from Sydney early in the morning and they had our room for us ready at 9am after great communication throughout the week prior to our stay. Absolutely will stay here again we already can’t wait to go back. They informed us of buses and free transport near by to help us coordinate our stay, the beds were amazing, apartment was absolutely stunning! Around the hut tub (rooftop) had glass fencing which were soundproof which made us so comfortable that we weren’t disturbing our neighbours. Cannot recommend this stay enough, Thank you Darrel & Michael!!!

Apartment was large and very comfortable, our private spa was fabulous and we swam in the beautiful pool every day. It was great to have secure private parking and being so central, we could walk to most of the local shops and restaurants. Darrel & Michael were super friendly and helpful.

The starter pack was great for a couple of days but as we stayed for a week it would have been better to have more dish washer tablets, bin bags and washing powder. Our Webber BBQ didn’t really get hot enough to cook steaks, but the BBQs by the pool area were great

Friendly staff, welcoming, EV chargers, walking distance to restaurants and cafes and the river. Fans and aircon Size of apartment was good Roof terrace with jacuzzi was nice Pool area was nice Whole complex is lovely and clean and quiet

Apartment is a little dated, beds were small and quite uncomfortable. Noise from the road right next to the apartment complex

Great apartment, great location and great facilities. The rooftop area was a great addition to the apartment. We would definitely stay there again.

The only negative is that there were a few things in the apartment that were old and broken (fly screen and shower screen coming out of track when trying to open and close, spa not working on the roof top)

Beautifully kept property. Apartment furnished nicely and so much larger than expected. The rooftop and spa was awesome even with rain we still enjoyed it. Very helpful managers.

The only thing didn’t like (and this is so minor overall) was the walk from the carpark to the property being out in the open -it was only an issue due to the torrential rain and the tiles felt a little slippery. Nothing we couldn’t deal with but for older or disabled people may be a concern.
