The kids LOVED the heated spa and pool, also that they could have a slinky race down the stairs in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the layout was great.

Could feel/hear the springs in the master room mattress and woke every morning with a very sore back. Wasn’t soft at all. The shower went cold very quickly with 4 people showering (not long showers) on a holiday I don’t like to rush those things but we had to for the weekend.

Nice pool. we booked two 2 bedroom apartments. ours was nicely renovated. our daughter and son in laws rooms was not Recently renovated. We caught the free bus to Noosa Beach from just around the corner.

Not used to having to take out own rubbish, filling up dishwashers etc. We normally stay in hotels, so this was not an experience we are not familiar with. I would understand if there was lots of excess rubbish etc. When you pay $760- for a nights accommodation that should be taken care by cleaners; that’s just a personal opinion.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation, and it was absolutely wonderful! The property was impeccably clean, which made settling in so easy and comfortable. The location is unbeatable – perfectly situated between Hastings Street and Noosaville, offering the best of both worlds with easy access to fantastic dining, shopping, and the beautiful Noosa River. The hosts Kerrie and Steve were super friendly and exceptionally well-organised. Every detail was taken care of, from seamless check-in to helpful local tips. It was clear they genuinely care about their guests having a memorable stay. We couldn’t recommend this place more and can’t wait to return for another relaxing escape! 🌟

Great comms and check in. Close to both Noosa Heads and Noosaville. Spacious living area and balcony. Comfortable main bed. Great to have a swimming pool. spa pool and sauna available, along with BBQ (although did not use). Washing machine and dryer a bonus.

Apartment given did not match some of the photos received prior. Apartment a little dated and sparsely decorated. Instructions for cleaning up before depart, but no dish washing liquid. 3 cups chipped, no fan in toilet, single beds short for adults.

Great location, lovely pool, very quiet, and the three bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Minor feedback would be that the apartment was “clean” but not fresh, for example when we first arrived there was some hair still on the carpet, what looked like a makeup hand print on the wall, what appeared to be chip crumbs on the lounge, and the bathrooms smelt a little damp/musty. Nothing major enough to request a re-clean but just didn’t have a particularly fresh feeling to the room. The facilities and common areas were clean and tidy.

The place was nice and spacious. We loved that we had two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room, so we didn't need to be on top of each other. The balcony was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was lovely nonetheless and the view was stunning. We loved sitting there and watching the sunset with a drink before dinner. Bonus points for having a washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need in the kitchen. The location is excellent, right by the river, which was great for kayaking and paddle boarding. It is only a 15-minute walk to Heisting St, metres from the bus stop. It was quiet, so we all had a good sleep. Mark and Kerrie were amazing! They are super helpful, friendly, and approachable. They are really lovely, good people.

The only negative was the condition of the apartment. It was older than we expected, and the curtains in all rooms had mould (which I'm allergic to). The carpet and the wardrobes looked old too, and one of the wardrobe doors didn't close. Overall, it needs a facelift. We can imagine the humidity causes the mould, but then, you've got to change it. But other than that, we don't have anything negative to say. We had a great time.

Good location away from madness and prices of Hastings St. Opposite a convenience & booze store (albeit pricey but good for basics), cafes and bus stop. Tennis court next door plus Spa, Sauna, heated Pool and BBQ a bonus. Loved the north facing Palm View room for winter sun. Apartment roomy for older teenage family.

More basics available in kitchen would have been good ie salt & pepper. Would have been better if pool/beach towels included for each guest.

Stunning apartment that far exceeded our expectations. Great beds, beautiful showers and very spacious with beautiful Hampton style. PERFECT location if you are staying for the annual Noosa Running Festival as it was 1.3km walk to start line. Great coffee/cafe/bottle shop right across road from the resort. Reception was lovely and personable.

Fairly noisy at night with others in and around resort but it was a high tourist weekend with the marathon on so perhaps just joyful revelers celebrating their event.

What a fantastic apartment and facilities at Sun Lagoon Resort. The 3 bed apartment is spacious and has all the facilities that you could require for a stay. It was clean and tidy, bedroom sizes were excellent, especially the master bedroom with a well sized living room and kitchen. Kerrie on the front desk was very knowledgeable and welcoming, a friendly face to start the stay. Other facilities especially the pool were a real bonus. Location is excellent, a 15 min walk to Hastings Street and the beach.

The shops opposite are over priced but that has nothing to do with Sun Lagoon.

Very large apartment, very clean facilities, lovely views and pool in a great location, an easy walk to Hastings Street or Noosaville. Very friendly and helpful reception, and clear communication from booking to departure.

We had to supply our own basic items like dishwashing liquid, laundry powder and toilet paper. This was inconvenient and an additional cost, and we had to leave behind what we weren't able to use.
