Nice pool. we booked two 2 bedroom apartments. ours was nicely renovated. our daughter and son in laws rooms was not Recently renovated. We caught the free bus to Noosa Beach from just around the corner.

Not used to having to take out own rubbish, filling up dishwashers etc. We normally stay in hotels, so this was not an experience we are not familiar with. I would understand if there was lots of excess rubbish etc. When you pay $760- for a nights accommodation that should be taken care by cleaners; that’s just a personal opinion.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation, and it was absolutely wonderful! The property was impeccably clean, which made settling in so easy and comfortable. The location is unbeatable – perfectly situated between Hastings Street and Noosaville, offering the best of both worlds with easy access to fantastic dining, shopping, and the beautiful Noosa River. The hosts Kerrie and Steve were super friendly and exceptionally well-organised. Every detail was taken care of, from seamless check-in to helpful local tips. It was clear they genuinely care about their guests having a memorable stay. We couldn’t recommend this place more and can’t wait to return for another relaxing escape! 🌟

Great location, lovely pool, very quiet, and the three bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Minor feedback would be that the apartment was “clean” but not fresh, for example when we first arrived there was some hair still on the carpet, what looked like a makeup hand print on the wall, what appeared to be chip crumbs on the lounge, and the bathrooms smelt a little damp/musty. Nothing major enough to request a re-clean but just didn’t have a particularly fresh feeling to the room. The facilities and common areas were clean and tidy.

The place was nice and spacious. We loved that we had two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room, so we didn't need to be on top of each other. The balcony was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was lovely nonetheless and the view was stunning. We loved sitting there and watching the sunset with a drink before dinner. Bonus points for having a washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need in the kitchen. The location is excellent, right by the river, which was great for kayaking and paddle boarding. It is only a 15-minute walk to Heisting St, metres from the bus stop. It was quiet, so we all had a good sleep. Mark and Kerrie were amazing! They are super helpful, friendly, and approachable. They are really lovely, good people.

The only negative was the condition of the apartment. It was older than we expected, and the curtains in all rooms had mould (which I'm allergic to). The carpet and the wardrobes looked old too, and one of the wardrobe doors didn't close. Overall, it needs a facelift. We can imagine the humidity causes the mould, but then, you've got to change it. But other than that, we don't have anything negative to say. We had a great time.

What a fantastic apartment and facilities at Sun Lagoon Resort. The 3 bed apartment is spacious and has all the facilities that you could require for a stay. It was clean and tidy, bedroom sizes were excellent, especially the master bedroom with a well sized living room and kitchen. Kerrie on the front desk was very knowledgeable and welcoming, a friendly face to start the stay. Other facilities especially the pool were a real bonus. Location is excellent, a 15 min walk to Hastings Street and the beach.

The shops opposite are over priced but that has nothing to do with Sun Lagoon.

Beautifully presented apartment, extremely clean and spacious with a kitchen stocked with everything you need to ensure a home away from home experience. Beds were so comfy! Great location also, Rickys Riverbar across the road and Hastings St a short drive away although bus stop is right outside the resort and buses are free in the weekend. Option to hire kayaks is also an amazing touch. Loved the sauna and pool area. The main pool is heated at 30 degrees and the hot tub at 38. Although we visited in the middle of winter, the kids could still swim in the pool, day and night.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely view over the pool and waterways. Location is well placed in between Noosa Main and Gympie Terrace giving you lots of options for restaurants etc but not too close so nice and quiet.

The pool was warm and not refreshing. The walk was longer than I realised in to main areas, so glad we hired a car in the end as you get a parking spot with apartment, but parking can be difficult at busy times in Noosa Main.

I really enjoyed the pool area. There were enough day beds and umbrellas for everyone using the pool area. And it was very cool there with a breeze coming off the river on a very very hot summer's day. The resort is also well located - close enough to the beach to walk (only 15 minutes) OR less 50 metres from a bus stop. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfy. Great value for summer in Noosa.

The only thing our apartment didn't have was an ensuite.

We really enjoyed lounging by the pool every day. We also used the spa and the sauna! Great facilities and everything was kept very clean. The room was very spacious and we had two balconies on either side of the apartment which was a nice touch to get the most out of the sunlight. The kitchen was well equipped and the smart TV in the bedroom was a nice touch.

The bed was a little too soft for my liking and I ended up with quite a stiff neck. This being said, my partner seemed to sleep fine, it wasn't uncomfortable just not used to a soft mattress.

The staff were so friendly even when our shuttle bus was running late, they waited for us to arrive, put our pre ordered groceries in the apartment for us. The pool and spa were beautiful, the apartment was huge! Easy 10-15 minute walk into Noosa Main Street. Great coffee shop directly across the road from the apartment. Good bbq facilities and loved the private access to the small beach area.
