The hosts Patrick and Julie were amazing - very hospitable, available and ready to assist to make our stay very relaxing. Our room was fantastic, ground floor, access to our own private garden, pool and amenities. The apartments are a very short walk to Hastings Street and Noosa River plus bus stop out the front which makes travel around Noosa and beyond to Sunshine Beach and even Maroochydore very easy.

The internet access does need to be improved - Patrick was amazing in organising a quick fix when an enquiry was made but with three teenagers and smart TVs plus our devices the speed and access was problematic.

The apartment we had was spacious and right next to the pool which was great. Location is great as only 10 to 12 minute walk to Hastings Street and beach. We also walked to supermarkets at Noosaville and Noosa Junction which was about 30minutes walk. Plus, there is a bus stop on both sides of the street just outside the apartments. The apartments also have two kayaks available for use and we thoroughly enjoyed this and used them on several occasions. Had the best ever holiday sleeps at the apartment. Awesome owners, friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Lovely location, short walk to the buzz of Hastings St but nice to live on the edge of it, partial river view. It's boutique apartments and certainly lives up to its name. Beautiful furnished apartment. Well equipped with high end kitchen gadgets and dishes. Lovely immaculately attended gardens and pool area Patrick & Julie lovely hosts

For us as a family , nothing I can think of other than the Cyclone Alfred bringing wind & rain so use of balcony was limited Not a dislike only a mention that the small toilet is quite tight between wash hand basin and wc

Patrick and Julie were very friendly and hospitable. Helpful with check -in and recommendations to local amenities. Well appointed , compact, comfortable unit, adjacent to pool and spa. Unit was walking distance to Hasting Street and Noosa Main Beach as well as walking distance to Ricky's and Rock Salt restaurants. Short drive to Noosaville, shops and waterfront, with level walking paths.

Patrick & Julie were fabulous hosts, offering us lots of recommendations about the area, restaurants etc. The apartment was a short walk to Hastings street & the beach. The apartment was fitted with everything anyone could need & was beautifully furnished. There were cool cabanas to borrow in each apartment along with lots of beach equipment & kayaks to borrow. I cannot recommend these apartments highly enough..

Being only 800m to Hastings Street, Noosa Boutique Apartments is a relaxing, comfortable walk to get to Noosa's famous restaurants, cafes and beachfront. A short drive away is Noosaville, again a haven for exceptional restaurants along the riverfront. We couldn't fault the accommodation, the location or the welcoming hosts, Patrick & Julie.

The simple fact that Noosa isn't closer to Sydney!

Patrick and Julie were very accommodating and friendly when we arrived at the apartment and throughout our stay. Their recommendation list for Noosa was also extremely helpful! The apartment itself was as clean as can be and very homely. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and I might even have to go back!

We found all Noosa locals in cafes, shops and restaurants to be very friendly and accommodating. Patrick and Julie were onsite at Noosa Boutique daily tending to the grounds and guest's needs. Easy walk to Hastings St and buses on doorstep to go a bit further. Free buses during Dec holiday period.

Traffic on Noosa parade was a bit noisy during the day. Didn't keep us awake at night though.

The apartment has been beautifully renovated and perfectly blended style with practicality. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to Hastings Street. The staff were very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay!

The apartment is generous in size and equipment, there is thought in every detail, the beds are comfortable ( even the kids ones), kitchen fully stocked , including plastic ware for the pool, we even had a cabana for the beach.Thank you Patrick and Julie for a beautiful vacation.
