The breakfast was very good. Good selection of food, well presented. Rather than eat in the designated dining space you can take your plate to the adjacent indoor or outdoor lounge area which is very nice. Watch out for the thieving birds though! Such a great location. We love the walk up and down to the beach and Hastings St. Or call for a buggy from the bottom to drive you up if you are too tired. There are several pool options - so if the main pool is too full there are other quieter options. Our 2nd floor room facing the rainforest was very nice. We requested one on the higher floors as the ones on level 1 get no sun and can be a bit dingy. If you can't get a late checkout, then you can still use all the resort facilities till it's time to leave. Store the luggage, sit by the pool or in the lounge.Have a shower.

Such a popular and busy place that a late checkout was not possible - see further comments in "likes". The breakfast dining room is a rather bland space with no views - see further comments in "likes" I don't think any of the 1-bedroom units have views (all face the rain forest).

The staff were excellent. Friendly and accommodating. The Buggy staff were all great and chatty!! The Bathroom toiletries (Shampoo/Conditioner/hand wash/body cream ) were very good quality unlike a lot of accommodation facilities. A complete Laundry enabled washing and drying for our extended stay.

The main Lounge room couch in our accom was broken. The sofa bed in the TV room had a very stained mattress. These issues may not have been known to the owner/s and may not be picked up by the cleaners either, unless they were made aware of it, hence the reason for highlighting it. A milk frother for the Nespresso coffee machine would be handy.

the guys and the lovely girl that were on the run up and down the hill picking us up and taking us back when we had finished having breakfast dinner down in hastings street were so much fun and really made you feel welcome and nothing was a bother a highlight to have met them we stayed for 10 days and looked forward to greeting them each trip The cleaners are absolute stars and the room was perfect every day so hard working and nothing a problem so friendly reception always helpful again nothing g a problem we had the breakfast sometimes at peppers and it was perfect the chefs breakfast was amazing thankyou for having us and we have been going to noosa for 20 years but not stayed at peppers before we will definitely stay there again very relaxing g and you can get out of the busy ness down in hastings street and retreat to peace and the sounds of the birds in the bush tranquility my husband has stayed at peppers before was in the noosa marathon and so easy to drop down and go anywhere in noosa including the race thanks to the team on the buggy ride many thanks alison and mike new zealand

It was a great vacation for us. Great staff and facilities. However, the hotel was in nature and surrounded by trees, which was a beautiful thing.

We stayed 7 days in 3 rooms with our family friends. We asked them to give us a room with a sea view and rooms on the upper floors and they gave us the first floor. We did not find the cleaning sufficient because only a basic cleaning was done for 7 days and the floors were not cleaned.

The room was excellent very clean and modern and a good size

You advertise a golf cart transport to & from Hastings St, which only seems to work from the Hotel down to the pickup spot, coming back is another story as there were a dozen or more hot and tired guests left waiting over 20 mins down hill to return to the resort, with no answer to phone calls or text messages - it seems the reception staff are also doing the buggy rides, so the service is not as advertised with a 6 min wait - particularly at the height of Summer in what would be the busiest time of year - speaking to other guests this is a regular occurrence - this would definitely have me rethinking a return visit

The hotel refused to give me a receipt for my stay. They say I have to get it from bookings.com. Booking. Com say I get the receipt from the hotel. For all other stays made through bookings.com I have received a receipt from the hotels themselves. Peppers Noosa have refused. I now have a huge credit card bill that I cannot claim back from work because I have no receipt. I have gone round in circles between bookings.com and peppers Noosa both refusing to issue one. I feel disappointed with peppers Noosa and would recommend not booking their hotel through bookings.com.

The location is beautiful and I enjoyed the lovely forest view from my room and the sounds of the birds in the morning. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff greeting at breakfast were always cheerful and very helpful in arranging to book a big table for us every morning as we were a group of nine people. The choice at breakfast was very generous, more than enough to cater for all tastes.

Front door was difficult to open with the fob. Had to ask for help from friendly staff at reception. No light over the door so was a bit dark trying to get in at night.

Huge apartment, set in bush surroundings. Use of both pools. Easy walk to Hastings Street with a buggy service if you don’t fancy the walk back up the hill!

Great sized rooms for family and we got upgraded to a penthouse room which was huge! Downsides are Pool is smaller and dated and gets little sun, restaurant had nice food but no ambience or vibe. This place is missing a pool bar for sure. Best part of the stay was the incredible nice and friendly staff taking us up and down in the buggy to Hastings street. Also checked us in earlier than expected which was a bonus as we arrived fairly early.

Very friendly & helpful staff but having our gear picked up at the beginning of& end of our stay would have made & left a compelling impression

Climbing up the hill after long road rides & every time we went to beach but the facilities make that okay but delivering our gear to the accomodation from reception & at the end of our stay would be a great improvement
