We stayed here more than 20 years ago and were keen to go back. We were in a back unit, so it was well away from the road which can be a bit noisy. We loved the position of Coco Bay Resort as it is only 100 metres from the river and Gympie Terrace, with a very large assortment of eateries. A large supermarket and smaller shops are also very close to the property. The grounds at the resort are meticulously kept and very tranquil. Whilst the units are starting to show their age, ours was spotless and the decor, very inviting. We had everything we needed. All in all a lovely property that we would definitely revisit in the future, if the opportunity presents.

The property was well presented, clean, comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance of water sports, river, supermarket, restaurants and other facilities. The aircon in our room made our stay comfortable during the hot and humid weather. The resorts facilities, including pool and sauna were clean and absolutely relaxing. The in room washing machine and dryer made it easy for our large family to keep on top of washing during our week long stay. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Can’t fault our stay, will be back.

There is nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

We loved so many things! Jo was so friendly, our unit was great - had almost everything we needed and was very clean, pool was a hit with the kids and it was so quiet! We appreciated the aircon and the top up clean halfway through our stay. Washer and dryer were a big tick from us! Location was great (we have 3 young kids and no car). Bus stop right out the front to Hastings St and Eumundi, can walk to Gympie Tce. So happy with our 11 night stay - will definitely be back.

Can’t think of anything worth mentioning.

We stayed at CoCo Bay resort for 2 nights, can I just say that this place was beautiful the pool, spa, sauna and bbq area is just stunning. The kids were in the pool all day, they provided toys for the kids to play with in the pool balls and kick boards. They truly take pride in this property. We had someone elderly staying with us and it wasn’t a problem with them bringing a bed downstairs for him to sleep in as he can’t do stairs, we were very grateful. We stayed in unit 23 and it was just beautiful very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen, smart tv and beautiful views. We will be recommending this place to all our family and friends. Thanks again for letting us stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Lovely resort. The pool , spa and sauna in the centre of all the townhouses so close by which was great with small kids. The townhouses were both clean, lovely decor, fully air conditioned and spacious. Just around the corner from he main Noosaville street so can walk to cafe, resturants and river

Just bring a little extra toilet roll if big families, washing liquid and paper or plastic glasses for around pool area as no glass permitted

We’ve been back to Coco Bay many times, and it’s our first choice around Noosa. Great value and location close to Gympie Tce, Noosa River and shops/restaurants. It’s a short drive to Hastings St. and there is also a bus stop right outside which takes you into Noosa too - good for busy periods when driving there and finding a car park can be tricky

We had a fantastic time at the Coco Bay resort. Jo was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was so spacious and the grounds were kept so well. Location wise, this place is also perfect being walking distance to all the restaurants/cafes/bars on Gympie Terrace. Beaches are all nearby as well and Noosa Heads is just a short commute.

Aircon in both bedrooms and living areas. Apartment was well equipped with cooking utensils. They had inflatables and balls that you could use when around the pool which was a nice touch. Each apartment had its own numbered parking space close by. Short walk to the river and restaurants.

The thing that really disappointed me was that I asked for some toilet roll on my last afternoon as I wasn’t sure if we might run out and they wanted to charge me 1 dollar. How petty. I really think that let them down and so had even planned to stay another 3 nights later the following week but that just spoiled it for me. Shame

Location, pool, great staff, sauna

Overall a great experience, only issue was the neighbour to the town house we booked abusing us in the first 5 minutes we arrived because we stepped on his lawn tile (we didn't know it was his lawn we'd never been to Noosa before let alone this accommodation!). Otherwise we had a great experience, really friendly and helpful owner, nice clean and well appointed town house. Great pool facilities and great location in Noosa!

Accomodation was amazing, clean, well stocked with kitchen appliances to cook and eat as a family with young child. Pool was fantastic, water amazing. Great spot and easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend
