Location was excellent across the road from the noosa river, bus stop and ferry stop. Undercover parking was welcomed for security as we had a rental car, close to walking paths, paddle river beach, boat hire ect and walking distance to plenty restuarants etc. apartment was spacious and had x two bathrooms which was one of the main reasons be booked. Pool was adequate and complex was quiet and safe. Just a short drive, bus ride or ferry ride to the noosa main beach and hasting street shopping/eateries etc, But we do enjoy the noosa river vibe which is more on the relaxing side.

only gripe was there was no airconditioning in the bedrooms and it did actually get uncomfortable for sleeping

There was literally nothing in the kitchen besides 5 tea bags and coffee. No salt and pepper or any pantry basics. I have never stayed anywhere that had a kitchen that did not include basics. It effectively meant we would have to buy every basic condiment and oil if we wanted to cook. Was very disappointing. Would be the only reason I wouldn't stay again.

Our apartment was beautiful with lovely views of the river. It was spotless when we arrived, and the pool area is very well maintained. The reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. The restaurants / bars near the apartments are great and it is a short drive to everywhere in Noosa. Watching the sunset down by the river is great too. The Terrace which is located over the road from the apartments did good coffee and you can hire boats, jet ski’s, kayak’s or SUPs from there which I’d recommend. We will definitely be staying again!

Very nice location very close to the river. Spacious interior, with two comfortable bedrooms. The pool was lovely, heated, our kids had a wonderful time going to the pool. During the off-peak season appears to be a residential environment occupied mainly by retirees. school holidays started the day we were leaving and that’s when a younger crowd with families descended on the complex. so if you’re looking for a vibrant environment probably best book during school holidays but if you’re looking for a quiet relaxed place with friendly retirees as your neighbours you’ll have a great time off peak.

It was nothing wrong with the property, although it could do with a deeper clean but to be fair it was not dirty. It would be nice if there were some additional supplies to make it convenient for visitors. We had to purchase everything from washing liquid bin bags salt.. other Airbnb frequently will have some available supplies in addition to the basic starter pack that was provided

Location was great. Apartment was a good size for 7 of us. Rooms were quite spacious, even the 3rd bedroom that had a double and single bed had plenty of room. Assigned parking space with extra spaces on the grounds plus plenty of street parking. Air-conditioned lounge area. Good sized TV. Plenty of lounge seating. Beds were were really comfortable. Check-in was super easy. Able to do on-line before arrival and all we had to do was collect keys when we got there. Woman at front desk was very friendly when checking in and out. We didn't get to use the outdoor facilities like pool and BBQ. Weather wasn't the best and rained the afternoon we planned to use the pool.

Bedrooms not aircondioned. There are ceiling fans though. Two extra pedestal fans were in the apartment and we did use one in the main bedroom which helped making sleeping more comfortable. The two bedrooms off the lounge felt cooler as they got cooler air from lounge room. Five people were sharing the main bathroom, so one extra toilet roll would have been handy for a 3 day stay.

We have the best time, it was just the perfect location close to everything. We have the two bedroom waterfront apartment so the view was lovely. Also, the shops are walking distance and there’s a coffee shop at the front. Noosa river is just across the road and if you want to go to the main beach, the bus stop is just around the corner. I would highly recommend getting the waterfront for unrestricted view

We loved our stay, but would recommend to management to install air conditioning in bedrooms in room 11. Also, maybe a facelift for the bathrooms for a modernised look. But other than that, everything was perfect for our family.

Munna Beach is well located at the start of Gympie Terrace. Our Apartment was spacious, and beautifully styled with very comfortable beds.

We stayed in Apartment 22. Although beautifully styled, and in a great location within complex and beds very comfortable the apartment was very dated and showed signs of wear. The en-suite vanity unit kick board showed damage and the kitchen cabinet doors were difficult to close.

Perfect location! It was a spacious and very clean apartment. Overall, we had a very relaxing trip to Noosa.

The second bedroom had a ceiling fan with no glass cover for the lights and it had a wardrobe with only one coat-hanger. Furthermore, there was no TV in the second bedroom. The larger bathroom was ventilated by an open window; it didn't come with an exhaust fan. My mother and I would have appreciated a bigger TV screen mounted to the wall bracket in the lounge room rather than having to watch TV on a smaller Hisense TV that was not mounted to the wall. We found the staff to be very inflexible to our request for a late checkout on Saturday. Considering that we stayed for two nights during a school week, I find it hard to believe that every single apartment was completely booked out. I have travelled extensively and have stayed at a myriad of hotels all around the world.

I liked the spaciousness, as it did not feel confined at all. The main bedroom was wonderful. The facilities were well thought out. There was little noise to be heard outside the apartment. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, with extra blankets if required.

I thought we were getting a balcony overlooking the river, so that was a shame as only a concrete view outside. No lifts to take the suitcases up, and the access to the room was outside, so luckily it didn't rain. It was hard for both of us to lift out cases up the stairs.

We stayed in apartment 48 which is facing the Noosa river and had an excellent view of the river from the kitchen and lounge area. No lift available, but right next to river and there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment if you want to hop on to go the beach. Spacious apartment with the most comfortable beds. Very friendly staff at reception too.

We would have appreciated at least a Nespresso coffee machine for the price that we paid (in comparison with other apartments that we have stayed in in Noosa for the same price bracket). We have liked a small carpet in the lounge space as the tiles were very cold (and it was very rainy all weekend). Luckily we brought a baby throw for the baby to play on.
