Every person should have at lest one parking bay for undercover per unit ,marked to your unit so when you go out it's there when you come back.

Prime location. Stunning view. Access to all beach, shops, food you could need in walking distance. Pool & spa areas great. Strong air con. Very friendly staff. Balcony was spacious with good table & chairs. Washer & dryer were in room and worked very well. Being able to hire a beach towel was very handy. Extremely glad car parking was provided!

Be sure to ask for a ‘walk in’ shower if you think you might need one as it was quite a step over the side of the spa bath to get in and out of the shower. On arrival the apartment was not spotless. Lots of sand on indoor seating and table but apart from this it was fresh/clean - sheets towels shower etc. More shade over the sitting areas around the poor would be good.

Heated pool and spa pool. Secure car park. View of beach out the window. One sheer curtain and one blackout curtain. Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board. Kitchenette had everything required. Elevator. Luggage carts. Very close to the beach and town centre.

Sometime not enough parking spaces available and had to park in the town centre. Split in centre of the bed (two singles joined together) was uncomfortable. Weak Wifi made it difficult to cast shows from phone to TV. Cobwebs and food stains on walls. Could benefit from a detachable shower head to help wash sand out of shower and to help shower children.

Great location

The rooms need to be maintained properly. The bedside reading light constantly flickered so you could not use it. Only one setting on the fan worked and the light over the mirror in the bathroom did not work. These may be small things, but they do affect your enjoyment of the stay especially trying to read in bed at night. A family of 3 older people decided to sit on the spa wall and stop people using it while they were watching their granddaughter in the pool. They blocked the entry to the spa. I am over 60 and had to climb the wall to get in and out of the spa. The office is right next door and the staff did nothing to move them on.

Staff were very helpful, inparticular in assisting us changing rooms due to an issue. The room had an ocean view and balcony which was lovely of a morning having coffee watching the waves of Coolum Beach. The heated pool and spa was brilliant especially that it was winter. Location is fantastic, no need to drive anyway, restaurants, shops and and the beach is on your doorstep. Will be coming back for a little week break soon!

The full fire evacuation at 3am wasn't joyful in the cold and with children. Thanks to a permanent resident cooking late at night!! Albeit we were safe and thankful for the fire safety measures put in place by the Resort. Nothing against the Resort.

Easy parking and entrance u der over and safe So close to everything restaurant right outside Not a high rise no lift to wait for You felt special room with a slight view the noise of the waves just wonderful

The sheet wasn’t fitted and we always ended up sleeping on the mattress cover. The under sheet wasn’t large enough to tuck in no matter how hard we tried. No separate exhaust fan in bathroom smells took awhile to be sucked away but the fan air was always moving slowly and did the job.

Amazing location!!! Walk to everything - cafes, restaurants, beach, group of shops etc. Opposite the beach. We didn't book an ocean view room but still had 'side view' of the ocean - just beautiful Two pools, hot tubs, sauna. One pool great for kids (beach style entry). Staff were so accommodating and friendly. We got a park every time no worries. Room was a little outdated, 90s style, but everything worked and it was big. Great for the price

Shower screen was a bit broken but I told staff and it sounds like they are onto it.

Clean, tidy, non-smoking and located near the event I was attending. There was a phone number available to get after hours assistance. Bed was comfortable and a few basic toiletries were provided.

Shower was a little difficult to get in and out of as it is over-bath. It wasn't a big issue, it was just a bit of a big step, if you had mobility issues, it would have been a problem in the room I had. Carparks are numbered, but it is a "park anywhere" setup - that was a bit confusing. It was fine once we realised.

The location was great, walking distance to the beach and shops.

The shower/spa, needs a step to get into or The shower space needs renovating. Shower space made into a flat surface walk-in shower, remove the spa tub. To get into the spa tub/ shower is a risk of falling or slipping, especially for people who are short or have knee and back issues. The bed needed more pillows. The wifi didn't work either, even when given the WiFi password.

Short walk to main shopping area, restaurants, fast food outlets and hotel. Local TransLink QLD 620 bus stop close by which provides return service between Maroochydore South & Noosa North

Bathroom shower, hot tub entry is surrounded by a wall which can make it difficult for entry and exit and would definitely not be suitable for aged or persons with physical disabilities.
