The location was perfect as it was so close to everything. The apartment was very impressive and we loved the view.

It was a beautiful apartment my main quibble is that one of the bedside lamps in the main bedroom was unplugged and when I tried to plug it in I found a lot of old dust behind the bed. A bit of a turn off for me. And I didn't manage to get the plug in as I would've had to pull the bed out a lot. For some reason the socket or maybe my angle trying to insert the plug was off. Also, the couch was very uncomfortable.

The location was great. The park in front and a walk down to the beach. There were shops across the road that were like an IGA and some cafes and restaurants as well for a relaxing time. The pool and the spa were easy to use and there were cutlery, utensils and pots in the kitchen to use if you wanted to cook for yourself.

The main room was oddly spacious with the bathroom in the centre of it and had two sliding doors on each end so it was difficult to feel like I'm privately sleeping. The other bathroom door the rest of the people had glass doors for the toilet so you'll have to remember to close two other doors before even getting to use it. Also means other people can't shower while you go unless you're comfortable with someone showering while you poop 🤣

* The random glasses in toilet in the main bathroom. Made the room pokey and slightly challenging to move about that corner - sink & toilet beside each other so no space for decent vanity * downlighting in bathrooms were dismal for applying makeup & prepping to go out. We were they celebrating milestones, so constant dress ups & celebrating.

Good location, although a bit noisy at times due to the pub next door. Large and nice unit with comfortable beds and good aircon.

Overall the place is quite nice, but we felt it was a bit overpriced. We got the rooftop but could not use it as the umbrella was not working properly and it had no other shade. Internet was down on first few days, but problem was across the whole town. The kitchen also felt a bit odd and not enough utensils for a longer stay like ours.

The location was perfect for me. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Shower was warm and good pressure.

The suit looks 'tired'. It could do with a new paint job inside. Some veneer finish along the floor is coming apart. The space behind the sliding door to the main bedroom could do with a clean. I asked for a suit for two (my daughter and myself), but could only access the main bedroom. The doors to other rooms were locked.

Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Friendly staff. Large, comfortable apartment.

There were no towel rails in the main bathroom. Access to the power socket in the ensuite was under the bench and very difficult to reach. The main door to the second bedroom couldn't open fully as it hit the foot of one of the single beds.

Location to the beach, restaurants and shops were amazing.

The "heated" pool was quite cold. A query was raised and not addressed in this regard. Overall the hotel had a bit of a strange feeling since most guests leaves the pool area wet (because the hotel does not provide pool towels for free) and run back to their rooms while dripping water from the pool.

Perfect location, we parked the car and didn't need to use it until we left for home. So close to everything in Rainbow Beach. The master suite was fabulous!

The friends I was with stayed in the bedrooms with the twin beds and shared the bathroom, unfortunately there was no rail for hanging all the towels on.

The location is great. Shops and beach are within a few mins walk. Looks relatively new. It's clean. Has sufficient amenities for our stay, eg washing machine, dryer. I like the soa bath in the ensuite.

The jacuzzi by the pool wasn't working. It would have been ideal if they gave us bath salt for use. Their rule required us to throw out our rubbish, which is quite unusual for a service apartment.

Rooms were huge and very well laid out. Lovely furnishings in the room. Great view from the balcony. Staff were very welcoming on check in. We had some noisy neighbours late on the first night and they were dealt with promptly when I contacted the night manager, which I really appreciated.

It was a little noisy with the rooms all backing on to the pool. And street noise from patrons also.
