This is the second stay I booked for my elderly parents on their trips to and from Melb-Adl in the past month. Although I didn't stay there myself, they give me their opinion to pass on. They stayed in a different room this time, and still report a spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed and nice fresh looking room. Good facilities. They loved having electric blankets and good room heating which coped well with the cold night in Bordertown. They didn't cook but utilized the tea and coffee facilities as well as the bowls/fridge as they bought a couple of the hotels breakfast packs. They said the staff are friendly and efficient.They slept well and I would book them here again without hesitation. Seems like it's great value for money.

My parents often find something to complain about as it's their nature unfortunately, only thing they could say was on one the electric blanket wouldn't go to maximum heat was and stuck at a low setting. Otherwise the blanket worked (insert emo ji of your choice).

Whilst this is a traditional-looking motel, our room had been recently renovated and was in excellent order with many helpful and modern facilities. We had a good night’s sleep in what is a relatively quiet location, even though it’s very handy for cross-country commuters. The owner was obliging when I rang to say we would be arriving late and gave the impression that he genuinely wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Bordertown is relatively sleepy but has plenty of eateries close by (We tried the Soul Cafe and it was excellent). Would recommend 105 to anyone wanting a clean and quiet overnight in this area.

Nothing to dislike. The property was better than I’d expected. Its location was also good.

A modest motel from the outside but exceptional in terms of cleanliness, friendliness and room facilities. The air conditioning was quiet and very effective in warming the room in a short time. With temperatures in low single figures this was more than essential.

Never have liked shower curtains which allow splashes through gap at bottom and wet the floor. However, could not expect much different without major upgrade. Everything else made up for a minor problem.

We couldn't have been happier with the value for money. The accommodation was fantastic, from the moment you entered the room you could tell the staff really wanted to make the stay as elegant as they could for their guests. The rooms look to be recently renovated, the smart tvs are a great extra touch, and the heating and cooling works so well. The beds were comfortable, and the linen and towels were quality. It's also only 2 minutes away from the local OTR if you need to grab a snack from the shops. We would recommend this place to anybody stopping at Bordertown as the best value for money stay in town. Well be booking here again the next time we're in Bordertown!!

The next door neighbours to the motel, were quite noisy and it's a shame that there isn't a regular police presence in town to accommodate for concerns as such. Unfortunately the neighbours were blasting music until 4am having a drunken party and wouldn't turn down the amplifier and bass even after speaking with them. I appreciate that this isn't the blame of the motel staff but it does add to the vulnerability of the location if crime or theft was to occur during the stay.

Room had been newly refurbished and all electric devices (e.g. Microwave, iron etc.) were brand new. Room was clean, bed was as good as we have slept in anywhere and the people running it were excellent, making sure that everything was to our liking, very lovely helpful couple.

Room was small, but had all facilities required, perfect for an overnight stay, but for a long term stay probably would be a bit claustrophobic. But in its defense the owners could not make our room any bigger, but there were bigger rooms within the complex.

We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and the positive aspects of this professionally managed and presented motel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was fantastic. We will happily share our experience and would highly recommend 105 on the Park to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay overnight or for a few days in and around Bordertown. There was NOTHING we did not like about our stay

Cleanliness: excellent. Separate areas: large dining area + large lounge area. Air con excellent. Bathroom: long wide ledge on the window sill; mirror allows for tall and short people. Bedding: warm. Power points: lots in bedrooms, lounge and dining. Kitchenette: great supplies (utensils, tea, coffee, biscuits, milk supplies) and presentation. Lamps: Pleasing to have bed-lamps for both bedrooms.

Car parking is right by the door for all guests so can hear cars driving in and out, doors slamming and people talking but only for a few minutes each time. No power point in the bathroom, (hair dryer provided but nowhere to plug in).

This motel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. This visit was the second on our trip to and from Adelaide. It is far superior to so many others. The room was well appointed, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The place was spotless too, which is such a plus. Would recommend this place for anyone needing a stopover in Bordertown. Nothing to not like.

Quiet location, clean and comfortable room.

No fault of the accommodation or management, unfortunately as soon as the sun rose, the inconsiderate guest in the room next door chose to smoke continuously just outside our front door and the smell of his smoke was very strong in our room. Perhaps the signage in the room could be replicated outside,, reinforcing the direction on where smoking is permitted.

Exceptional motel to stay in whilst traveling through South Australia. The staff were wonderful, and the location of the Motel was very convenient being just off the main road and in a quiet location. The room itself was great and very clean, and had all you need for a short stay. This motel also has free parking with a spot provided outside most rooms, and heaps of space for caravans and trailers.
