Location was excellent for purpose. The room was adequate and clean

A bit of a language barrier at reception. The gentleman was a little hard for me to understand. I asked if they did food, he said yes. However, I discovered in the Guest Information folder, it would only be a continental breakfast at an extra $15 (fair enough), but when I went to reception on the morning I needed breakfast, the building was locked. Was I supposed to have ordered it the night before? Clearer instructions would have been helpful. The rooms not sound proof, which was difficult with noisy neighbours who were quite noisy until about 10.30 most nights then had a 5.30 am start each morning.

I did not have breakfast on the property. It was too early for breakfast, so I had a coffee with a little milk & Stevie. (A natural Stevia - a plant that a friend grows in her garden.) I had some noodles 🍜 but not too much as it was still dark & a little bit of beef broth. I used a container I bought yesterday from Utopia in the Northcote (NT). The shop had an excellent sale table full of items that were good value. I bought some bags, t-shirts, coasters and gifts for my nieces and nephews in Croatia 🇭🇷 ☺️ 😍 They live on the beautiful Dalmatian Coast, in between Split & Šibenik.

I thought I saw a sign for a restaurant but could not find it. This was not an issue as there were drinks at reception & excellent Indian curries and snacks at the service station just down from the motel.

No bfast really. Microwave tiSter etc but no provisions in room but not sure I asked fir them when booking Architecture of building with "fake" upstairs gives good feeling and driveway up to resort and outlook into valley very ompressive

Step into showered quite difficult to see and danflgerous. We lut a towel over it to warm ourselves We arrived closer to estimated arrival time at about 2.30 pm on a Saturday. Surprising that no one arcreceotion snd we had to ring fir attention. Likewise when we left. But despite these the seat overall was very very God and cheaper by at least 50 dollars per night than competing establishments Garry hiskey

The king bed was very comfortable. Airconditioning is first rate. The shower is a good size and the water is hot and the pressure is very strong. There is a large screen TV on the wall if you want to catch up on the news. There is a small fridge and microwave in the room too. The room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet were all very clean. There was a lot of reading material provided informing about the local attractions and wineries. We saw a mob of kangaroos feeding on the grass as we came up the hotel driveway at 9.30pm. You don't get that in the city.

There is a small step into the bathroom that you could trip over if you were not careful. A night-time trip to the sand box after a serious day of wine tasing would make the step more of a challenge.

We arrived late but the staff were so friendly it didn’t matter. They gave us one of their most recently upgraded rooms which was fabulous. Really clean, such a comfortable bed, sitting area and tea making facilities. Fridge had chilled water. Microwave immaculate! The bath room was superb. Brand new, huge shower, bubble tub, marble tiling. Felt very pampered. Great looking pool and bbq. We’re definitely going back!

Needed to drive into Clare for a meal

We really appreciated being able to book a pet friendly room as we like travelling with our dog. We also appreciated the grounds around the rooms as a great place to walk the dog. Communication was excellent and the automatic check in was easy to deal with. Thank you.

We always travel with dog towels but to have an old towel for pet use only available would be useful. Thank you.

Some great renovations have been done, great location easy walking distance from town and Riesling Trail. Great facilities, well stocked bar, BBQ

No dinner plates in the room, a chopping board and knife would be useful too. Pretty hard to wash dishes in the bathroom basin Our room was not serviced once during our stay

Wonderful view and lovely grounds. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Good television. Ample parking space for car.

The kitchenette is too small to be useful; no space to store non-perishable food and no bench space for even minor preparation of meals. More power outlets would be good. Lack of space for storing clothes.

Loved this accommodation, room was spacious with everything we could want. Bathroom, linen and kitchenette very clean. Facilities such as laundry were great, very convenient.

There was some sort of work (gutter cleaning perhaps) happening directly outside our room until 5pm on check in day, they started up around 8am the following day. The machinery involved was quite noisy and also prevented us from parking in our allocated parking spot in front of our room. Understand whatever work it was has to be undertaken at some stage, however a heads up at reception would have been appreciated; for a leisure stay it was hard to relax with it happening.

The room was perfect for a short stay....we were warm, the shower was hot, the bathroom.wa.spacious and the little room off the bedroom made the room seem spacious. Linen crisp and clean

The car park was difficult to get in and out of, especially when there were other cars parked....showing little consideration for others.
