Very comfortable, good size rooms with excellent shower and bedding. Lovely view from the balcony across the valley to the Barossa Range. Very good restaurant/bar area which was enhanced by the nightly log fire. Fantastic breakfasts as well. All in all, the venue exceeded my expectations.

There's a walking trail around the property (which is great), but it does lead to an unused section of land which used to house a flying fox over the gully. There were signs about the risks of entering this area and any sensible adult could navigate the terrain safely....but I was surprised it was not fenced as this area appeared very unsafe for any children that might wander near there unsupervised.

The resort was clean and comfortable and a great location, close to all wineries and cellars doors

Stayed in a ground floor room. The first night the guest upstairs sounded like elephants walking around until early hours of the morning and could hear them opening and closing the balcony doors continuously and one one point at 2:30am it sounded like someone had filled out of bed. Also the second morning in might have been housekeeping that we could hear walking around upstairs and opening and closing the balcony doors. So if you are a light sleeper like myself maybe ask for a room upstairs.

It was lovely and quiet, the wine tasting hours were great, staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room which was good but my friend and I loved the hot chocolate. Perfect to come home too after a day at the wineries. Loved the added touch of the newspaper too. Lots to love.

Was quite disappointed at how dated the decor in the room was. The bathroom was quite good. Loved the big shower head. Other Novotel hotels I have stayed at, the rooms are beautiful and a modern decor.

When i booked i thought i booked with breakfast included , however when we checked out we were told no and had to pay I feel this shpould all have been nocfirmed at the time of check in so there was no confusion Also I organised chanpagne on arrive , which did not happen , i contacted reception and then told then they can organise the next day after 2pm , thsi alos didnt happen , then i contacted reception and brought abottle up FOC ..however on checkout we were still to pay , which we didnt

From the time we booked in our interaction with staff was brilliant -breakfast was good -choice was exceptional -this trip was our third stay in 12 months the room was very tidy and view was good

needs to have to more lights to show sign on main road and the road needs an upgrade near the bridge.The road in to the Novotel needs to have lights - it’s a dark area at night

The Location near the wineries we wanted to see. and if staying longer the gym being 24/7 was great. The food on the night was fantastic.

We were on the lower level so not much of a view which we expected as that was in the property description. On arrival and staying one night the girl on reception didn't have much information as everyone one else was at lunch! We were trying to buy a bottle of wine but she did not know how so we left it. I also was having to ask basic questions about the property. Also on the night in restaurant the waitress left off part of our order.

The staff were so friendly, every person we spoke to went out of their way to help. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, it was busy but it didn't feel too crowded. The room was very comfortable, extremely clean, great layout and the balcony was a great bonus to give us another place to sit. Overall, a lovely place to spend the weekend. We will certainly be recommending novotel Barossa Valley to friends.

Please clearly indicate vegan friendly dishes. We had to ask staff multiple times to check with the kitchen about hot dishes and it was very unclear if the breads were vegan.

I travelled with my sister and thought when i did the booking there were 2 beds, one queen and one double. When we got to our room we realised there was just a queen so we contacted reception and they located a room with 2 singles, no problem. I am sure on booking.com they showed a queen and a double bed. The view from the room was lovely though we didn't get outside much as it was freezing. It was great that checkout was 11 am too and we were able to checkin earlier than 2 pm which was perfect!

Nothing it do with the Novotel but getting a taxi after a show we went to Saturday night was difficult, I was concerned we may of had to walk home.

Friendly staff, clean rooms,the views, toiletries. We paid for breakfasts which there was a good selection of food.

We felt the options for dining need expansion. Over priced for the food we order with not enough options. Our food was cold on the last night we ordered room service. Wish we had of realised there was a kitchenette as we would have brought more food, we travelled into the local towns a few times.

I think the restaurant is the main area that needs improvement to make this place extremely perfect for travelers. We ordered steak, but there were no vegetables included in the meal, and there were no sauce options for the steak. Additionally, the breakfast buffet lacked salad. I believe it would be beneficial to add more salads and vegetables to your meals. And my daughter's well done steak was overcooked and badly burned.
