We opted for a bottle of wine rather than the breakfast inclusion and was very happy with the quality of the wine. There were many lovely little touches provided by the host and the room was exceptionally clean and exceeded our expectations. Shower pressure was amazing, aircon, allowed smoking outdoors. We stayed in The Hoffman room and had a choice of two outdoor areas to sit overlooking the garden area. The 1-bedroom unit was well appointed and very comfortable. We originally chose the accommodation as we were attending A Day on The Green which was walking distance to concert and were very pleasantly surprised with the quietness, access to wineries and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Langmeil cottages was the perfect place for our Barossa stay. The room was in a good location close to town but not too close. The cottage itself was beautiful and full of country charm. The rooms were very clean and had everything we could want. The property has a laundry which came in handy. The aircon was also a blessing as it was 45 degrees !. Thanks for providing bikes, they are in great condition and we were able to ride to a couple of nearby wineries, Peter Lehmann and Langmeil Wines. Overall our stay here was perfect, we would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was in a great location, in walking distance to town and close to the wineries. Having access to the free bikes was fabulous for getting around. We loved the fresh bread, condiments, cereals, crackers, and wine provided. The cottage was exceptionally clean, had a comfy bed with electric blanket and beautiful gardens.

The spa was not available/working during our stay and every morning we were woken by the guests next door. They weren't being particularly noisy but we could hear their conversation and tv very clearly so there's not much of a noise buffer as they cottages share a wall. The couch could also do with replacing - it seems very tired and was pretty uncomfortable. We also couldn't locate an iron and the vanity in the bathroom is very narrow so difficult to place any toiletry items - it could do with a shelf to help with this.

The breakfast supplies were amazing and the restocking fairy also came throughout our stay. The supply of salt & pepper grinders, cling wrap, foil, paper towel are nice touches for a home away from home. Great cooking facilities too. Easy 20 min walk into main street bars, cafes & restaurants also wineries close by. The cottage and surrounding gardens are beautiful. Langmeil Cottages offers so much more than a place to sleep - sauna, spa, bicycles and the owners are so lovely and friendly, a pleasure to meet. Highly recommend a stay here.

Nothing to improve - absolutely perfect.

Breakfast provisions supplied were excellent - we appreciated the small loaf of fresh bread, croissants, pancakes, juice, milk, choice of breakfast cereals, yoghurt, fruit and selection of spreads. We did not use, but liked the flexibility to be able to use, cooking utensils and electric frypan. The cottage was a good size. Loved the proximity to wineries and dining establishments.

The convertible sofa lounge was just adequate as a lounge but not as comfortable as a regular lounge. The airconditoner filter was very dusty, probably affecting its performance, and wasn't hard to clean. However, the unit still needs a proper clean.

The cottage was peaceful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thoughtful & ample breakfast provisions (including fresh milk & bread from Apex Bakery), bubbles & chocolates, as well as access to bikes and a laundry. Close to the excellent Langmeil winery.

A little far to walk to Tanunda restaurants etc in the heat, but likely a good walk in mild or cool weather. Whilst we were very grateful for the air con on a 35 degree day and hot night, it was rather noisy. Nice to sit outside for breakfast, though our Flaxman cottage looked out over the car park. The other cottages would have had a more attractive, green and shaded aspect to enjoy.

Host was lovely, made us welcome and invited us to contact her if we needed anything. Plenty of options for Continental breakfast, and other bits included which was lovely. Bed - very comfortable for a stay! Gorgeous little cottage with rock brickwork.

Our only issue was the heating on the first night. Split system heating could barely keep up for the first night - after that, we just left it on and it was no problem. I wouldn't let that deter me - we would certainly stay again!

Split system in Standish stopped working a few times - I think it needs a service When we arrived it was dark and we had messaged the property our arrival time earlier that day but not received a reply so it took us a few minutes to figure out where to find the keys Lighting outside in the dark was insufficient which made this harder than it should have been

We were totally satisfied by the breakfast provisions as there was so much variety and our hosts had also supplied us with yummy GF cereal and bread as a special request. There were bikes available which we used to ride to 2 local wineries - good fun! The gardens were beautiful, and the location allowed us to walk into Tanunda. The cottage was quiet and cosy - great air/con and the bed was very comfortable...we loved it.

Great property, with excellent facilities, including breakfast and entertainment options, and lovely surroundings - perfect for a couple's getaway. The location is beautiful, with easy walks into the town centre and a wide-range of facilities. Communication with the hosts was first class. Definitely highly recommended - we will certainly be going back.
