It was so peaceful and quiet. The grounds are kept immaculate. On arrival the host stopped to have a chat and share some great knowledge on things to see and do in the area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was incredibly spacious and had everything you need including a full sized fridge , washing machine and dryer . Under cover car parking right at our door was a bonus and I loved that each apartment is separated by the carport and not wall to wall. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away and perfect for taking in the beautiful sunrise.

Our apartment was a little dated but they are in the process of renovating room by room and we were in a room they haven’t done yet . It smelt a little musty but with the windows open and a little air freshener the problem was solved. It had blankets and bedspreads which I personally don’t like but we were told when we checked in that as the rooms are being updated so is the style of bed linen.

We have stayed here a number of times and love the location close to the foreshore and the Caravan Park shop is just over the road for essentials. The property had everything we needed for our stay, a comfortable bed, nice hot shower, new air conditioner, good fridge freezer, and bed side lights. The apartment had recently been painted and was nice and clean.

No WiFi except at office was the only thing that could be improved but I was able to connect tablet to mobile hot spot so wasn't a real issue. for a short stay.

Property was spotlessly clean and was equipped with all conveniences to make for a comfortable stay. I can remember when the property was built 60 odd years ago but it has obviously been well maintained and is still in a good state of repair. The new owners are doing a great job to ensure the reputation of this property remains intact. It is our place of preference to stay at when we visit Tumby. Thank you.

My old eyes struggled a bit with the small tv but, hey, who goes to Tumby Bay to watch tv😉!

Loved how the gardens provided shade with bbq area in the middle. The units were separated by car ports so they were quiet. Accomodation a little dated but the park operators are making improvements, but it had everything we needed. My friends were upgraded to the new blue eco friendly acc and wow was I jealous! It even had marina views!

Just the apartment was a little dated but improvements are on the way.

Apartment had 2 singles in another smaller room with a double bed in the larger opened area, along with a kitchenette, sofa, table that seats 4 chairs and a cupboard for storage. Bathroom had the laundry facilities, W/machine and dryer also, cloths line outside and a sheltered carport between the Apartments, very spacious inside, caters for motorcycle groups and for riders who can share.It's in a quiet area of the town, 1.2 km walking distant to town centre.

A great self contained studio unit with a lounge and dining area. Laundry facilities in the bathroom and drying rack at the back of each unit. Each unit had a car port which was an added bonus. Bed was super comfortable and TV could be angled round if you wanted to watch whilst in bed.

Nothing, I thought it was great and I stayed and extra night. It would make a good base to visit Port Lincoln and Coffin Bay.

Our stay at Mondra Apartments Tumby Bay was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect - quiet, peaceful and with great views. The gardens were beautifully kept. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in Tumby Bay and we look forward to our next visit.

Amazing place nothing to not like

What a delightful place to stay when exploring beautiful Tumby Bay and surrounds. The location is perfect - a simple stroll or bike ride to the foreshore esplanade. Definitely bring your bikes if you can - you can easily ride around the town and there are various walking/cycling paths. Jeanette welcomed us so warmly and we thoroughly relaxed during our time here. The Breathe apartment was fantastic! So well appointed and comfortable.

Great place to stay. Lady who met us at the front desk greeted me with a big smile, very welcoming. Room was clean and plenty of space. Updated bathroom was perfect.

Disappointed we were woken by tradesmen thumping about on our roof from around 7:45am. It scared our young children and wasn’t a nice sound to wake up to. I think this could be better managed, maybe a 9am start? Or even just let us know at check in. Especially since we were on holidays.

Loved the apartment. It's structure, fittings and operation was environmentally friendly. Everything exceeded our expectation, we felt really special whilst staying there. Fitted with premium fittings and appliances, it felt like a home rather than a rental. As pictured, nothing to fault with no expense was spared.
