The Location was great for access to Centenary Oval. The price was good for a one night stay, where you only need the room to sleep a few hours. The room was clean, spacious and inviting. Bed was great and pillows comfortable. This is a great place to stay when attending the footy, walking distance from the oval. A staff member was contactable via Bookings message or phone if needed, I asked for early arrival due to Footy starting early. They let me access the key to my room at 12pm instead of 2pm at no extra cost, so we could attend the games and not worry about doing all that after a big day out.

Automatic Key dispenser means you have no physical interaction with staff. That question in this survey should come with a N/A option as I didn't want to 'rate them down' by picking a neutral, unhappy or no face. Stairs...... second floor meant lots of stairs. Last time we were on the first floor, not so many stairs. My fault though, I should have requested Ground or first floor.

The property was basic, spacious and clean. Wasn’t too fancy but definitely had a great view. No complaints. It’s located very close to the shore and market place.

The bathroom setup was such that the toilet was on the left and shower on the right, while the basic was in the corner, it did lack a bit of privacy if you are staying with a friend/friends. But for a couple it wasn’t really an issue.

I booked two rooms. One for my son and one for me. My son's daughter (granddaughter) had a brain tumour identified and had to have an emergency operation so his room was not used as he couldn't come. I advised of this by email and also in person to office staff. No refund was given unlike the Wallaroo Ferry who didn't hesitate to refund his fare immediately. Very poor customer relationship management indeed. Geoff

Not overly modern, but the cleanliness was second to none very clean and neat. Not enough parking so we just parked on the street across the road and down a bit, but Car seemed to be safe . Fantastic views over the water of Port Lincoln

The steep stairs only because I have knee issues that’s about it so next time I’ll probably get a ground floor room

The location is good with an excellent view of the water. The place is within walking distance of main street of Port Lincoln, along with cafes and supermarkets. There is an automated key drop off and return facility that is very convenient if you are coming in and out at irregular hours. The rooms are quite clean and the place is good value for money.

The interiors are functional but nothing special, with spartan furnishing and harsh lighting. I recommend you bring your own shampoo and toiletries as only there is only a hand soap dispenser. The WiFi was not working when we stayed on the latest trip, but on previous trips was okay.

Beautiful views, convenient location, very clean, easy check in and check out process, sufficient street parking, and great value for money!

No door on the bathroom made things a bit awkward, and the motel in general could do with an update as it is quite dated. However, value for money makes it worth its weight in gold!

Good location, rooms clean and has the little extras like a couple of packets of biscuits and small milk bottle rather than uht.

Obtaining the key on arrival was a joke. They use a self check-in based on an email code being sent to you. The email with the code was not sent to ourselves and 2 other guests who happened to arrive when we did. Rang the number Key Safe provided on their sign. This number only works office hour (see picture of key dispenser and instructions) They also provide an option (press 2) for an emergency, but this is not answered. We were very lucky another guest was able to contact the manageress and tell her that there were a number of people outside the office, so she rushed down to ensure we able to check in. In summary, if you are going to arrive after office hours you are taking a risk

The room was clean with all necessary items for a comfortable stay. The motel itself took me back to a bygone era. Great location within walking distance to the town centre and Promenade The cleaning staff I interacted with were always friendly.

The taps in the shower were difficult to turn on and off. The hot water tap in particular could do with some maintenance.

Close to the foreshore and lots of eateries. Room was clean and welcoming. Free parking. Dated but well maintained.

Not a problem for us but other guests weren’t aware there was no lift. If stairs are problem request a ground floor room.

It was clean, cosy and just an overall pleasant experience It’s a budget motel, but so was the price. You get what you paid for and this was above average for the price!

I couldn’t work out how to close my window which was at the top of the stairs. It had a cover over it. I managed to shut it from the outside though
