While the room was very basic and even dated, all the facilities I required were ther and the bed was very comfortable. The meals were delicious and when I thought to ask, I was able to get a half serve, which suited my appetite better. The same food was available in the bistro and via room service. I thoroughly enjoyed my seafood platter, trying mussels for the first time ever. And pavlova for dessert is always a favourite. There was a breakfast pack in the room alone with bottled water. These were free and optional. If you used them, they were repalced at no charge, but there was no obligation to use them. Room also had free WiFi.

The only thing to improve my stay would have been a lift. All accommodation was upstairs and between heavy cases and a crook knee, I found going up and down stairs all the time a challenge. Also, staff need to remember they are under customer windows when out the back in the wee hours having a smoke and a chat.

We arrived late and the night staff were amazing, great personality and very friendly 😊 We managed to make it, to the Dining room before it closed and had a wonderful Pork Roast with all the vegetables or salad that you could eat 🤩 Ice cream was included in the fantastic price of $19:00 each, what a treat 🥹 The next morning l went for a walk across the road, along the beautiful foreshore and the jetty 😎 Which l was amazed to see heaps of starfishes 🌟 in the clear blue water

It was quiet. We were in Room 25. We could partially see the ocean from our room. It was spacious. We had plenty of room for our gear. As we were travelling we had a lot. We felt that our gear was safe in the room. We parked outside in a place advised by staff and had no issues.Getting a couples of vouchers for a free beer was a surprise.

I think the carpets downstairs really need a deep clean.

The staff responded to my requests promptly. The 10% discount for hotel guests on meals at the downstairs restaurant was a great bonus. The location is also convenient, close to grocery stores and the beach.

The room felt a bit stuffy, as no window could be opened in the main area, only a small one in the bathroom.

The Hotel met all our needs and was perfectly located. Parking was good and the restaurant made some great food and breakfast.

Some of the people leaving the pub bellow the rooms late at night would use some pretty colourful language which may not be so great if you are traveling with children. Some rooms however may not be so close to the exits, so I am sure they would have allocated a better placed room if it was requested.

Very central to shopping and venues in Pt Lincoln. A lovely ocean view. Friendly staff and pleasant dining

Accommodation was upstairs. We could cope with stairs but it would be difficult for people who are elderly or disabled. A lift would be helpful especially with heavy or a lot of luggage. A fresh coat of paint would brighten it up

Great location, meals were ok, only had the one meal in the evening and had what we thought was the seafood platter for two only to have one piece of whiting and few bits of shell in our oysters

Few of the pillows were average, but other than that was good. Could maybe introduce a small discount on the meals as a staying customer

I have stayed at this excellent hotel several times when I come over from Moonta to get my TAX sorted out.

The hotel should be very proud of all the staff. They are very helpful and friendly. From the reception to the people who work in the bars and serving areas, the staff were friendly and attentive.

Was perfect for us, shower was great, all the room facilities were great. Would have liked a microwave though

Aircon was a little slow towards the end and the room got quite humid at night

The location was excellent. Close to a two supermarkets, tourist information and many cafes and restaurants. It was in very easy walking distance to various landmarks and the Railway museum. Having a small refrigerator and kettle in the room made it convenient to make tea and coffee whenever desired. Also my room had direct access to the front verandah with views to the waterfront. The room was serviced daily which was above and beyond!
