Ours was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront self contained spacious apartment. Stylish, comfortable, quality furniture, fantastic views from living rooms and main bedroom, nice quality linen, fantastic comfy king bed, comfy recliner lounge in living room, quiet location, short drive to anywhere in town. Convenience store across the road. Had a day of bad weather, so happily spent most of the day in the apartment. Nice touches such as chocolates, crisps and cookies.

Not keen on having to download an app to digitally check in /out and open the door with phone. I understand hotels and accommodations are keen to eliminate reception staff, still, it’s a little strange. Having to load your id and credit card details into an unknown and unexpected app, not keen at all, but was given no other option, as this was not made known until after the booking.

Comfortable bed and great view with a balcony looking out over the bay. Room was nice a large. Short driveway into town.

Unfortunately road noise was significant and intrusive. Perhaps because our room was right on the end nearest the road. There is no on-site reception and the check-in process and getting a key is via an app. The process didn’t really work for us (or a few others who were arriving at the same time) so I was on the phone for a while on arrival, however staff on the phone were very friendly and helpful and it was sorted reasonably quickly.

For an old er establishment The Limani was exceptional. The room was perfect....spacious, very clean, great kitchenette (we always travel with food), good bathroom with lots of hooks (there can never be too many hooks) and the most amazing view. I woke up at dawn and just lay in our very comfy bed and watched the water and the black swans and a big ship sail out of port. Also, and easy ten minute walk down to the town where we had a refreshing swim and a few cold beers at the Grand Tasman and then dinner at the Italian.

Everything was perfect, but be warned that there are stairs and no lift.

Location, clean, comfortable.

As someone who had used Limani many times, we missed the contact with staff. While we understand times have changed, it is nice to be able to ask a question, seek a new towel if one is needed, be able to book future stays etc. A daily check in by cleaning staff isn’t appreciated until you don’t have it, not realising till late in afternoon due to cold weather towels haven’t dried, and there isnt anything you can do about it.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The provision a couple of chocolates and biscuits was a nice touch. It was a great location with a lovely view out over the water.

We would have loved a coffee machine - a Nespresso pod machine or even just a plunger. Sorry but we are coffee snobs and instant just doesn't cut it. The parking was a bit tricky - the spaces were quite small especially when everyone has big cars these days.

Great sized room for 2 adults and seperate bedroom for 2 kids. Kitchen more than adequate. Bathroom spacious. Location is excellent, right on the waterfront, but also right on a busy road which didnt bother us but might bother some. Cleanliness excellent.

There is no reception staff. Check in is via an app that you have to download, and it didnt work for us. A few phone calls to the contact number and they sorted it out.

We have been travelling for a while and really looking for something with a water view. This was lovely. Although not flat to the beach, we could enjoy the ocean from the bed and the lounge. Although there is an industrial view across the bay, it was still lovely to be able to see the water rather than the usual motel carpark. Having a 2 storey carpark meant that 1 flight of stairs was the max to carry stuff for a 3 storey building.

All good.

Everything. Spacious room. Very new and comfortable. We had water views from bed through the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. We could use the kitchenette to cook some simple dinner. Easy stroll to town. We were worried that being at second floor would mean we had to carry our luggage over a lot of stairs but it turned out there were only eight steps no matter which floor we would be in so it was clever layout.

Would be good to have a dining table and four dining chairs in the apartment accommodating four people. But we managed to eat dinner with half of the family using the small table and chairs on balcony which wasn't bad at all.

Location was within walking distance to town. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Only “slight” problem we had was parking. We own a very large 4wd. (Chevy Silverado). Parking was tight but managed to park on the property each night mainly lucky to choices other residents made. We did note that there was a small area near the hotel we may have parked if needed. This comment should not be taken as a complaint more just a note for large vehicle owners.

The room was beautiful. The best room we have seen for years. Stunning. The view was exceptional. The sunrises over Boston Island were wonderful. Everything functioned. All good. Lovely TV. Even with YouTube. Thank you for a wonderful 5 night stay.

We cannot fault this motel. Exceptional.
