It was quite spacious and comfortable but a bit tired. We had a nice view of the sea and the spa bath was good. Even though no reception and it’s key box entry, the owners are there in the morning checking you have everything you need. It’s about a 15 min walk to the centre of town and has a corner shop opposite for any quick snacks and drinks.

Room 11 is at top of stairs and people passing can look straight in to see you. A curtain would be nice for a bit of privacy.

Excellent location, lovely views, beautiful quiet setting, comfortable inside. The spa was really nice. The staff attended to our needs very well.

Would suggest that the fly screen door be made lockable to allow some fresh air into the place whilst keeping it secure.

Friendly hosts on arrival, very comfortable bed, privacy, everything we needed, cleanliness. Easy access to unit, close to city . very clean.

The property is in need of some upgrades. Shower has a fine spray and not a lot of pressure (I do however understand the need for water conservation ) I had thought there was a restuarent attached to the motel however that was due to unseen circumstances not available. (however still advertised). Dissapointing but not major. I expected the road noise to be quite bad given the location but it was not noticable after about 9 ish.

very spacious & felt very safe, last time we stayed in the rooms below and booking above has definitely made us feel safer and very comfortable spacious room :)

nothing we didn’t like in particular, my partner just noticed a dirty bit on the bed sheet and that was all :)

I liked the value for money ocean view and a massive spa for $160 you can’t go wrong seriously

The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to swap batteries from the remote for the tv to the heater idk what happened to them but they were munted.

Location was great. Quiet with lovely views. The bed was so comfy like sleeping on a cloud

Wouldn't mind a toaster in the room and maybe a small set of drawers for clothes if people wanted to stay for a week etc.

Excellent location close to town and excellent value, A great view across Boston Bay from our room . If you are after a Five star hotel this isn't it. This is an older motel but we found it clean , comfortable and suited us just fine for our 2 nights, we will definitely stay again.

The location for me was fantastic, as I traveled there for work and I was driving a truck, plenty of room in the area to park.

Said my room had a toaster, and it didn't, however, it did have a microwave, which suited my needs.

I paid for a room without any external windows and was worried if the room didn’t smell good I couldn’t open a window. I was very pleasantly surprised the room was really clean and comfortable. I had the best nights sleep in a few days. Having no windows it was dark & quite, perfect for a good night sleep. The people running the motel were lovely. The room was quickly warm with reverse cycle air conditioning. My room if I recall correctly was number 9. The room was quite large. It had a shower over large corner spa bath. The room had a microwave and clean kettle due to the use of onsite rainwater which was in a large jug in fridge. The motel is walking distance to shops, restaurants and only across the road to the bay. There’s a laundromat across the road with nice clean washers and dryers. I would definitely recommend this motel to others.
