The villa was spacious and well-appointed for our stay. Beds were good, perhaps a little hard for our liking but were clean and comfortable. the facilities and kitchen were clean and tidy and ample space for 4 adults, as was the dining table. Really appreciated the surprise biscuits!!! The only downfall was there was only one couch, which meant two people had to sit uncomfortably on dining chairs to watch tv...the parking was for one car only, and our other car was out on the street which I didn't like. The pillows were clean but would recommend that you take your own!!! Overall, our stay was good, and if we come back to Port Lincoln, we would stay here again...

As previously said, the parking wasn't the best for 2 cars. Disappointed that the second bedroom had single beds rather than a double bed, but that didn't stop us enjoying the rest of the villa!! Just make sure you take a box of tissues as they didn't have any, only one travel pack for 4 adults. And the toiletries were only enough for 2 adults not 4. The only slight issue we had was trying to work out how to get the key when we got to the villas, but thankfully that was sorted quickly!!!

The location is great,- close enough to the CBD and the beach front.

the vehicle access and egress to the individual units is very difficult. Once in your allotted parking spot, it was easier to reverse all the way to the street than to try to turn your car around and drive out. Older people would find this very dangerous and difficult. The only other thing:- we had to purchase a bread knife and cutting board. The toaster was available ?? Anyway we left the bread knife and board for the next occupant. As a foot note,- Why does everyone have to use " Booking.Com"?????!!!

Villa cabins are quite lovely, spacious, comfortable & clean. Not that far away from the main street.

Parking can be tight and my designated parking space was used by someone else staying in another cabin. After hours & weekends it's difficult to get in touch with anyone if there are any issues. They really need an information booklet inside each cabin on how to work the Air conditioner and what to do with the key when checking out as it's ALL GUESSWORK. Views are of other cabins or the silos across the street and just be aware there aren't any play areas for kids.

I liked the quiet area that the villas were located.The size of the TV, The facilities and the easy check in.

I didn't like the plug in adapter giving off perfume scents. When I stay there again I will ask them to remove it and open up the windows for fresh air before my arrival. Save yourself money and dump the perfume adapters.

Great location - close to city centre. Property included everything we needed for a great weekend getaway to Pt Lincoln.

The pillows were wafer thin and had a plastic liner that made it sound like you were sleeping on a plastic bag.

Very central to where we was going to go. Comfy, clean and nice and quiet. Area around the Villa's were neat and clean, the gardens were very colourful.

The Villa's were up to standard but the town was very cold as were the Villa's untill we put the heater on then we were again comfortable.

Good location for us as it was close to friends living in Lincoln

There is limited space between cabins and only gravel. Was fine for us as we just needed somewhere clean to shower and sleep. Don’t think I would want to stay in a cabin with young children as there’s no outdoor space unless you travel down the road to the foreshore

Our villa was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to everything, and nice and quiet at night.

There was nothing we didn't like. Fresh towels halfway through a 7 day stay would be nice but not a big deal.

Property was ok. Sufficient space. Prompt response when I locked my key in.

Smell of the room. Was not particularly an unpleasant smell. It wasn’t pleasing either! Tried to be covered with air freshener smell on entry. Rooms Needs to be aired out.

Neat and clean with everything needed. Good location.

Nothing to do with the owner, another resident parked a running truck in front of our window the whole night. Nobody could sleep a wink with the noise coming from it
