bathroom is always nice , sea views , larger room , NO KING BED as i asked for one and paid extra for one so not happy queen is way too small , NO DECENT BREAKIES AS ADVERTISED just a pack sent to your room , and with no where to cook a breakie or heat up , we just took our own boring breakie esp when they have aaawesome returant next door to take advantage of hot cooked breakies , very dissapointing , but webve been there 4-5 times now still luv it there but luv the resturant coopers house next door even more

NO KING BEDS ? NO TWIN ROOMS ? NO SPA ROOM? NO PROPER BREAKIES , and have a fantastic restaurant next door which could do hot cooked breakies which we ALL need each morning epc if u are staying away from home , shower is nice and hot , no where to get fresh air into room

These apartments are in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and shops plus there's plenty of parking. The view was delightful, and the room was pleasant. The team was friendly and helpful, and it was an added bonus being on top of the Coopers Alehouse (we can highly recommend the coconut prawns). The room had nice toiletries, and it was helpful to have a toaster and fridge.

Communication I sent via the Booking.com app was never replied to, despite advertising kayak and bike hire in the front window, neither were available, and the couch in our room was heavily stained.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The view was fantastic. Comfy bed. Foxtel on the TV. Value for money. Good atmosphere. Great food at the Coopers Ale House.

When the fan in the bathroom was turned on to use the toilet or shower an odour of sewage came out of the vent. It was not pleasant. Also the cleaning lady opened the door whilst we were getting organised to leave. We had to check out before 10.00am. She came to the door at 8.00am. I get she has a job to do but maybe cleaners should know what keys have been returned to the desk. She startled us a little bit.

Absolutely stunning location off the marina. Nice apartment and quiet we barely heard anyone, although we were in and out early and late. Generous sized bathroom with both shower and bath which was thoroughly cleaned (always a downfall in most accomodations we have stayed at). Dealings with staff was exceptional we arrived after hours and were given detailed instructions on how to access our key and apartment. Plenty of parking outfront, even though I was a little sceptical leaving my vehicle in an open carpark, all was good. Secure carparks are offered for a fee - I wasn't aware this was an option. Can't comment on any of the cooking facilities as we didn't use them due to our early and late schedule. Overall this was one of the best accomodations we have stayed at, even at the cost of my white socks 🤣 we would definitely stay again.

The bathroom door was hard to shut, bed was very firm and uncomfortable which resulted in interrupted sleep. Wore my new white socks around the apartment and ended up brown - the carpets could do with a clean. Snack bar was tempting but prices a bit steep.

The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. Bed very comfortable and it was beautiful and quiet in the room. The view was also nice particularly with the marina lights at night.

We didn't like to have to walk out of the apartments and back into the hotel next door for our evening meal. I had been there a long time ago and thought we could just walk through, but things had changed. However, that was a little thing but it was windy...usual afternoon winds at this time of year.Need instructions to use the coffee machine, I made a small cup of coffee, but then couldn't get the empty pod out!

Lovely view and good room. Quiet beginning to our holidays

In the morning, I went down to our car before reception was open and had to return through the after hours guests door but although I had my key & tag the door flashed green but would not unlock. It was funny even if a little frustrating. After 10 minutes another guest came downstairs & let me in. As we checked out I advised the receptionist of the incidence (in good humour) so she immediately checked & attained instant access. I just wonder if on the inside there is a "deadlock lever" that someone in good faith thought they had to switch that prevented me accessing it. Perhaps disarmed as soon as the other guest opened the door for me. It would not have been so funny if it was in the middle of the night! Still a humouress incident in this case.

Location

We had unit 12 and they need to add a blind to the bathroom internal door as it lets the outside lights penetrate the opaque glass and the bedroom gets all the light at night. Not great Also need a mirror in the main room apart from bathroom as if someone is in the shower then the lady can still apply makeup and do hair in front of the mirror Also changed our breakfast options and front of staff cancelled the incorrect breakfast and my partner ended up with nutrigrain instead of weetbix for breakfast

Our room had excellent views of the beach and surrounding waterways. Wallaroo is clearly turning into a vacation spot with lots of building going on. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Its a short drive to supermarkets and restaurants and a 3 min walk tot the pub next to the hotel.

The pub next door means it can be noisy as they have an outside terrace and the noise carries. So if you are a light sleeper you might want to keep that in mind. The parking spaces are narrow for big SUVs and 4WDs.

When I booked the marina apartments, I didn’t realise it was the townhouse. It was such a beautiful home with plenty of space. The kids loved the games that were there. We weren’t there for long as we had a netball carnival but have definitely made a note to come for a few days again to explore more of wallaroo and stay here.

The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee pods. They tasted like dirty dish water. It may have been somewhere but a program to tell you more about wallarroo and what places there are to eat see and do etc. but again I may have missed it if there was a book

The location was on point! The view in the morning with sunrise was incredible. They have large windows and a balcony that looks out to the water. There is a bar/restaurant right below it.

The restaurant's kitchen below the apartment closes around 9pm or something and there aren't a lot of restaurants open if you are arriving late. It's a small town so not a lot of options. The only thing lacking in the apartment was cooking oil. We arrived late so wanted to cook eggs and noodles but didn't have oil.
