Modern design and good soundproofing. Quiet air-conditioning and easily operated remote controls for TV and air-conditioning. Simple departure process. Good quality fridge. And the little things do count:- I let a common house fly in via the door on my arrival, but once settled, I was pleased to find a can of knockdown spray in a bathroom cupboard.

My unit's car park was occupied by another guest's vehicle when I arrived so I had to take someone else's. No big deal, all 6 units and corresponding parks were close to each other.It just made me wonder if I'd get a knock on my door asking me to switch car park places. I didn't get any such interruption, happily.

Hotel was amazing, looks recently renovated and very new. Their facilites will put other similarly priced or pricier accomodations to shame. It was very clean and feels extremely comfortable, had some decent kitchen appliances.

This facility gets docked from 10 to 8 because the sound insulation on the walls were really bad. If you have noisy neighbours who like to be up way past midnight, be prepared to stay awake. There were 2 groups of other folks living beside us and they constantly moved in and out of Room 6 which was right beside our Room 5. They were obnoxiously noisy and chatted loudly way pass 1 am in the morning. Both outside at the car parking area and inside the room. Even what seemed like normal conversation can be heard, made worst when they suddenly laughed or decided to up their talking volume.

Our room was fresh and clean - beds were very comfortable - nice little kitchen area for tea and coffee - bathroom was a decent size and once again lovely and clean. Surprisingly we noticed that the rooms were quite noise proof considering that we were 20 metres from the bar/restaurant area - never heard any residual noise at all. Good size TV and overall a very pleasant stay and great value for money. We had dinner in the restaurant and really enjoyed both dishes - had a glass of the Pressmans Cider and it was excellent (straight to the bottleshop to buy more.)

no screen door on either sides of entry bed wasn’t comfy :/ pillows were way to stiff (should have taken my own) cocktail menu didn’t have a recipe or ingredient list unfortunately so have to google what’s in the drink before ordering (great drinks though) one of the draws had chocolate crumbs in it?

This property seems to be a hidden gem in Wallaroo! Although it doesn’t look very impressive at first glance, the rooms were immaculate and had all amenities we needed for our short stay. We stayed in a triple room (#18) which seemed to be newly renovated and not too close to the gaming room which was ideal for us. There is an onsite bistro which is convenient but we didn’t get the chance to try that one out. Overall, the location was perfect and check in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

All concept of stay, eat, drink and play is quite good. Very central, near restaurants and Drakes, near wallaroo beaches. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Good price compared to others.

Check in was unfortunately bad. We have a small child and I called before 2pm just to know if it was everything ok and Scott said to arrive at 2 or some minutes after but we had to wait more than one hour and without a good explanation and a professional apology. Excluding this first episode, it was a pleasure being at Anglers In.

Location, staff was welcoming, amenities, the place was clean. Liquor land is just next door. Appreciate the place for making the 3rd bed in the 3rd room we booked. The space is fine enuf. Rooms had cutlery and storage place.Lighting in 2 rooms were dim. Parking space in front of rooms was good.

One room didn't have amenities like the hand wash and bath wash was empty/not refilled. The 3rd bed in one room was not comfortable could have been a single bed. Walls r thin 🤪.

Size of the room was perfect, TV facilities were good for the little one, beds were comfy as, bathroom quite large and comfortable, food was amazing!! Staff good, as a whole the experience was very very good would definitely stay again!

Under bed had some rubbish from previous people, one roll of toilet paper supplied, cutlery supplied was dirty (didn't need it but just a note)

Revamped Queen size Room was very comfortable and affordable and clean. Felt really at home. Had 3 meals in hotel eatery, not 1 complaint. Everything was very fresh and enjoyable. Between my wife and myself had 6 different types of meals and we enjoyed every bite. Front bar barman was outstanding and dining room staff fantastic, especially the manager lady . Could not go out of their way any more than they did.

We couldn’t get a table for the evening meal. O the first night, had to eat outside in the back garden. Second night, the same, except we were advised to go elsewhere. Maybe keep a couple of table aside for guests. When they book-in, ask if they require a table for the meal, if not, then use it for other customers.
