Loved the heated pool. The whole complex was very quiet when we stayed (over Easter which was a bit of a surprise). The whole place had a great bush retreat vibe. Rooms were spotless and beds were extremely comfortable.

The front desk staff were lovely, but there seemed to be a disconnect between them and the restaurant/bar staff as we received conflicting information on more than one occasion...including what doors we were allowed to access and what was available on the room service menu. Some of the younger staff appeared like they didn't want to be there and it was a bit off-putting being stared at by the 2 girls eating at the end of the bar (who had either finished or were about to start their shifts) while we asked questions of the staff member who was working. It felt a bit "judgy"

What an excellent team of staff. They went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special. From arranging a local wine and cheeseboard full of produce from the area to a personal greeting from the manager when we visited the bistro, we were treated like long lost friends. Nothing was too much trouble. Our two nights felt like much longer and was full of personal touches. We felt like we were valued, welcome and VIPs. We were the recipients of customer service not often found these days. They have a well maintained culture of exceptional customer care. Thankyou for this amazing experience. We would highly recommend this place.

We hated having to leave so soon. We did not get to try the pool or tennis court.

Service in the restaurant could use a bit more training. No wine service. Just the bottle put on the table. Where are the oysters from? Waitress had no idea. I’d asked for our oysters to be served 1st and our shared scallops after. They all came at once and when I queried it she said they have to come together. So we had to rush our oysters as the scallops went cold.

Bar tender in sports bar was slow, got orders wrong and general confusion.

The area it occupied, was nice an tidy outside an inside.cabins clean and well kept. Grounds great,grounds well kept, staff excellent, meals fantastic . And of course drinks 🍸 all good and quick to receive.

Well by partner and myself ,it was comfortable and staff helped it to be that way ,even the groundmen

Clean, easy design and laid out, comfortable, access to all amenities. Reception provided all information and was very helpful. Staff in the dining room always smiling and were happy to assist and the chef /s were excellent (many meals here) the cleaners were very friendly and were very personable -even though they were busy with the tour bus rooms. It looked like everyone was happy in their role and wanted to be on site. All up couldn’t as for a better team. We felt very welcome.

timber featuring throughout the property was in great condition had a small function there - very well catered for and the staff looked after us motel had a great restaurant and bottle shop. Sports Bar and gaming facilities.

Couple of people at our table had poor quality fish, 2 nights in a row, but our meat meals were fabulous.

As always, enjoyed the dinner menu! The food is of very high quality and the service excellent! The rooms are good, although furnishings are beginning to look dated.

A better arrangement of a desk and good wifi connections would tip the rating to its highest level for those of us travelling and staying for work.

I booked mainly for the heated pool and restaurant on site. Great bonus our unit came with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/deck and room for 2 cars at our door. The heater worked well and bedroom heaters that we didn’t need electric blankets in May.

No hand rails to get in and out of the spa. I have 2 very sore knees and need as much help getting in and out of pools and spas. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Huge room with all the essentials. Very comfy bed and linens. Very nice to have chairs and a table as well as a big fridge. Rooms are like their own chalet with parking right by the door. Very warm on a chilly night. The pool is lovely, there is a bottle shop on site and the restaurant is very nice.

Lovely space for a family to relax, with ducks swimming in the pond right outside our room. You can do your own thing re: food with a lovely restaurant onsite, or you can go to other places around or order in. Rooms are nice and quiet and plenty of glasses, crockery etc. My son enjoyed his swim in their pool, and hubby and I chose a nice bottle from the onsite bottleshop.
