The location was excellent, we really liked being on the waterfront. It was lovely having an ocean view and the bay window in our ground floor room made an enjoyable spot to sit and chat over a wine. The design and building style gave the room a cosy warm feel, which was perfect for our cool weather stay.
We ran out of hot water half way through a shower, which was a bit inconvenient. I imagine the hot water system is electric storage and shared with other units, hence a limited supply. I noted before our hot water ran out that someone in an adjoining/upstairs room had been running a shower for a very long time. It may be appropriate to put signage in the bathrooms advising that the hot water system is limited and to therefore show consideration to other guests when using it.

The whole place for me was just super comfy. Bathroom had everything (even a spa) and was fabulously spotless. Bed unfortunately is never going to be like the one you have at home but the electric blankets were definitely a bonus. Everything you need in the kitchen was there. Including a dishwasher and a washing machine ( didn’t have to use) The location on the edge of town was just perfect and right on the water. The little penguins that visited of a night made for a most delightful stay. Highly recommend and I’d definitely come back to stay here. Thanks team.
I can’t really answer this question as it’s in the too hard basket to fine anything wrong.

We had a great time and stayed in the Retreat. The location was top notch, and we could sit on our sofa and look over the sea. Nice facilities, kitchenette had oven, hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and even foil, cling film etc. The bathroom was a good size with toiletries and a spa bath. The walk in shower was adequate but not much power. Now if you love nature then during breeding season you can hear the fairy penguin chicks calling for food, then watch the parents walk up from the coast, up the drive, cross the road and feed their chicks. Great, but it is noisy. Had a great stay.
Only negative is that the bed for us had no support. It might be a memory bed but if you have hip or knee issues, it isn't great. BUT we loved our stay so got over the issue. As mentioned in the positives the power in the shower could be better.

The location was exceptional. Arriving at the location, reclining in the comfortable lounge and staring out the window into the vast expanse of ocean was a highlight. The location was right on a beautiful beach front walk, close enough to all the historic charm of the village. Our children wanted to make it their home. The kitchen was extremely helpful with all the equipment you need for a family stay. The beds were super comfy with a spacious and modern bathroom. The best facilities we found on our Tasmanian trip!

The location was convenient to walk to central area, yet felt secluded. The windows must be double glazed and walls super thick, as not a single sound could be heard even though right on the ocean. Having individual bathrooms attached to the bedrooms was very welcomed, as was the bathtub in the main bathroom. Washer and dryer available for use was most appreciated. We loved having our own back deck and garden area looking out into the ocean... The view was ah-mazing!
Undercover parking would have been nice to keep the motorcycles dry. Many vehicles accessed the path directly behind the house, one driver parking directly in front of the property fence, disturbing our serenity and view - this did not seem appropriate.

The room was clean, warm and spacious. It’s tea making facility. Great sea view from our window. Our room was on the ground floor and car is possible to be parked outside the room door which is great for us as my husband and myself find stairs challenging due to old age. There is a restaurant right outside the premises. However breakfast need to go further into town (walk or drive) if one wants it before 9am.
Room key has to obtain from Stanley Hotel which is some distance away. Shower is taken in the bathtub and without hand held shower head.

The location is close to all the activities. Don't miss the Highfield historic site. Fabulous view of the ocean only metres away from picture lounge window. Great seafood restaurant and takeaway directly across the road. Fish fresh of the boat in the morning. Very comfortable stay. Easy off-road parking.
Nothing, we loved our visit at Stanley Village apartment

Everything…location….comfortable bed…view from our room….changing towels everyday and cleaning room when asked…..laundry available for clients free…parking good….dressing gowns available…staff helpful
Other clients not taking notice of usage of bathroom spa…..notice in bathroom not to after 9 pm and our neighbours used theirs at 12 midnight for over an hour…..until 1 am….maybe reception needs to advise verbally on booking in …this happened on our last night…..

Location and room good. Some noise from. Seafood processing across the road...but we are up early.
Parking ...all good for small cars but there are ill placed pot plants etc that make it a problem for big vehicles. There were four large 4wd in and 10 point turn required...parking needs to be fixed.

The view was stunning. We saw fairy penguins walking up from the shore at night. It was really quiet and peaceful. The reception for the property was in the pub up the hill.
Just a bit of a walk uphill to the main area in town for shops and the local pub. Easy to get to in the car, but people with mobility issues would struggle to walk there.
