Great Value and Convenient Stay in Kerang I stayed at Kerang Motel for one night and had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent—centrally situated near pubs, restaurants, takeaway options, and conveniently close to Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets. The room was clean and thoughtfully prepared, with towels neatly placed on the bed. It included amenities such as a microwave, coffee kettle, utensils, cutlery, cups, and wine glasses—all clean and ready for use. A nice touch was the complimentary bottles of water, milk in the fridge, and cookies along with coffee and tea supplies. Extra bedding, including sheets, blankets, and pillows, was available in the cupboard, making it easy to settle in comfortably. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the room featured a cozy couch and a TV for relaxation. Secure parking is available inside the motel, allowing guests to park conveniently right in front of their rooms. Overall, Kerang Motel offers excellent value at a very reasonable price. I would happily recommend this place to anyone passing through Kerang.

I honestly couldn’t find any faults—everything was just right.

A warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere, with a familiar old school Motel feeling that I find very comforting and personally prefer to modern sterile hotels... Having breakfast included was a real bonus, was all very easy, great location! Also appreciate the spacious parking bays outside the room! they are bigger than most, lovely shaded front veranda The room was spacious and had all that we needed

Two small gripes, there was mold in the shower, yet everything else was extremely clean. And as another had mentioned the beds seem new and very comfortable yet they do sag a bit into the middle.. Still this wouldn't stop us from returning ☺️

Nice carpet and bed

Owners dog which barked loudly and viscously at everyone inside reception and parking area. Owner had to hold dog back. Very confronting. Brown ring around bathroom sink plug hole. I wiped with dishcloth and some came off. Cleaners not putting enough elbow grease into it. Dirt parking area ( not sealed ). A lot of stones came into the room. Toilet roll holder on brick wall, paper would tear on brick when used. Brown stain on a face washer. Maybe they could provide a dark coloured face washer for people to use to take off their makeup.

If you stay in the apartment with a oven and dishwasher then you need the equipment ,how to use book , and more plates and cups . It wasn’t serviced daily and as we were leaving early everyday it would have been great to come back to a made bed and bathroom cleaned

The motel was very conveniently located, only a few metres walk from shops, cafes and hotels etc. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, well laid out and very clean. It was good value accommodation, especially for a long weekend.

The bed was too firm for me and the fridge was rather noisy at times (probably when refreezing), including during the night.

Staff very friendly and helpful, shared some helpful tips and much appreciated. Nice and clean and comfortable rooms. Everything we needed in our rooms for our stay. Great location and very quiet. Easy walking distance to Pubs, cafes and shopping. Parking outside your unit and well off the road for privacy

No complaints at all

The motel is located in the main street at the edge of the shops (or CBD). The breakfast was a D-I-Y continental consisting of fruit juice, cereal and 2 slices of bread for toast, delivered to the room the night before.

The electric blanket didn't work. It was plugged in.

Great location except for the sometimes noisy car wash next door. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good to have basic cooking facilities to be able to self cater. Spa was enjoyable. Walking distance to supermarket and eating places.

Proximity to car wash - the noise began quite early a couple of times. We had hoped to use the bbq, but it hadn't been cleaned and was very dirty, so we changed our plans.

I normally provide my own breakfast but it was good to have the option of the continental breakfast. In room facilities of toaster, kettle and microwave made it easy to have what I wanted and anytime of day or night.

For what it is , you can’t fault it , apart from the Aussie obsession with 10.00am checkout. I imagine they would have been fine with later , but why not just change to 11.00 and make a thing of it ? Most travelers will be gone before 10.00 anyway. The free breakfast is a nice touch.
