We absolutely loved our stay!! It was so reasonably priced for what you get, especially being able to have our doggie. The room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The view of the river and trees from our room was super lovely. The communal BBQ/pool area had everything you need - they’ve thought of all the little details. The location was perfect - right next to river, beautiful walks and the Main Street with pub and cafes. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Top bed; the quietness of the room overnight; compact and well provisioned; central location in terms of the town of Koondrook; friendliness of the staff.

Nothing that really counted .... the area outside the motel rooms (as distinct from the apartment rooms) is maybe a little stark (lotssa concrete) but it's not a major issue.

This room was excellent. Size was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and couch. Kitchenette well set out, bathroom very spacious and the lighting was excellent with additional lights for applying makeup. View was beautiful overlooking the Murray river. Location is ideal for a relaxing stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location on Murray river with good views. Comfortable king size bed. Nice hotel across road for drinks after dinner. Staff very friendly. Internet TV good.

No breakfast or restaurant available but local bakery at Barham good for breakfast and golf club for dinner was not far away.

Everything was great, but maybe the step in bath/shower was probably a bit of a shortfall - not for me personally but can see how it might pose a challenge for some.

Spotlessly clean, bright, light, spacious. Location excellent, walking distance to Barham, good river and bush walks from the motel. Very friendly helpful staff.

Unit 6, our car not parked directly in front of our unit, our park was only two units away which was not a problem. However the parking space in front of our unit was for another unit and they left in a loud work vehicle at 6am.

Very friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Easy parking. It is in a great location with a lovely pub across the road. It is a beautiful walk along the Murray River to the town. We had a two-bedroom apartment which had a balcony overlooking the river.

Perfect big room with a balcony overlooking the river. Sparkling big bathroom, huge comfortable bed , everything you need, and peaceful decor. Owners are lovely and the pub across the road is an Australian classic

What a lovely surprise..a lovely property in small, quiet rural setting. Very quiet peaceful surrounds within walking distance of river and walks. Local general store for supplies and open several hours daily, otherwise a supermarket within short driving distance over the river.

Perfect for us but possibly too quiet for some.
