John and Shirley were wonderful. They accommodated our every need and beyond. We traveled for work as a group and every room we had was cleaned to the highest standard. Having a Microwave and basic kitchen ware, made it great to make breakfast in the morning or reheat a frozen meal at night. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms with great shower heads. We plan to stay again next time

I could not fault this motel. Only worried that if everyone knows how good it is and affordable, it might be booked out next time we need to stay.

The freshly renovated rooms are good value for money, and the new room design has lots of practical inclusions. Check out the natural solid wood bathroom bench. Well kept garden and fish pond are worth a look. Owners are very friendly and ready for a conversation. The motel is a short walk to town. This well-kept town is small but certainly worth a visit. Walk along the river bank, and check out the historic bridge.

A couple of the rooms are close to the road. Ask for a quieter room, further from the road if noise is a problem. We certainly had no concerns.

First thing I noticed in the room was just how clean it looked and felt. It was immaculate! Staff were friendly and helpful. In comparison to other motels on offer this was by far the best value hands down. We will definitely be booking here again.

This is just a personal opinion and far from being a deal breaker but a couple of extra pillows in the cupboard would have been awesome

The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff are unusually friendly. Also, you won’t get UHT long-life so-called “milk” at Acacia Rose — you get real milk, and in generous portions.

The water pressure in the shower was poor. But the bathroom itself has been recently and tastefully refitted. The renovation follows the trend of walk-in (doorless) showers. I bet if the water pressure had been higher I’d have splashed water everywhere, so two minor negatives conspired to produce a positive.

Room 10 was very quiet. The room was decorated and furnished modernly. The bathroom was fantastic and modern, with plenty of lighting. The vanity bench top was made from a slab of local hardwood and was a beautiful touch.

Nothing to dislike except that I was only staying the one night.

Staff where beautiful friendly and helpful was a great location walking distance to shops, pubs, playground and river. Kids loved the spa and pool and watching the fish in the pond. Room was great best shower pressure we will definitely stay again.

Great bathroom, rooms very quiet even though the property was nearly full, helpful staff, convenient location, ice in the fridge...thank you, very clean and well appointed rooms

Parking is tight but doable, no microwave but everything else you need for breakfast provided

The host of the property turned on the heater so that the room was warm when we arrived. The shower was hot and with good pressure. The internet code didn’t work initially and was quickly fixed. Motor Inn was one small block from town.

John & his wife was so nice I don’t drive and he offered to drive me any where who does service like that I had swim inthe pool for a couple of hours excellent clean the room was excellent clean I will be going back back in a couple of weeks to stay again family commitment homily for me

The car park is very squishy. Easier to park on the road.
