Excellent customer service. Comfort of unit. Comfort of bed. Cleanliness of the unit. Hot water (essential for me). Excellent shower/toilet room. Single story building (no one stomping on the floor above) Walking distance to the supermarket and centre of town.

Personally I have a problem with fellow customers who have no consideration, when departing early and continually 'Slamming!' their vehicles doors. Nothing to do with the excellent quality of the work Garry and Gerry do that made my stay one where I would recommend Loddon River Motel Kerang.

Room was lovely and clean. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. A designated make up removal towel was a great inclusion. Gardens were manicured and cared for. The whole property reflected managers who take absolute pride in providing exceptional service to their guests.

Would love to see art work in rooms that reflect the town and surrounds, eg, ibis rookery, historical sites, river, agricultural life etc. It would be great if 4 small bowls were available. Otherwise, everything else has been thought of. Thanks.

Good location as only a minute away from the nearest supermarket and takeaway. Nearby park and the Loddon river are just over the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with good appliances.

Located right on the highway, thus loud cars and trucks can be heard in the rooms. Beds might be just a bit too firm for some. Capsule coffee/espresso machine in the rooms would be a welcome upgrade over the instand coffee.

Greeted by a very friendly reception which put me in a quieter room - Thank you! Room was very clean and very well presented, one of the best 3 star I've ever stayed in, value for money here. Great location near the park and river, close to the main street with plenty of dining options. I was a little suss on the fan situation in the bathroom but quickly knew the fan automatically turned on while having a shower (fans on a timer - don't stress it's saving power)

Could have some licensed beverage options but can understand in a small town, Go to the PUB :)

Gerry and Garry at the Loddon River Motel were so welcoming. Their customer service 10+. The room was immaculately clean, car parking was right outside the room, surrounding garden was relaxing and well cared for, and the breakfast was beautiful and delivered to our room hot, and to the time specified. Garry provided invaluable advice regarding Kerang. Great stay in Kerang, couldn’t fault it. Everyone was friendly - from Gerry and Garry, to checkout staff at the local Woolworths and BSW, the local fish and chip takeaway, to the delivery driver and to people we passed in the street.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the Loddon River Motel.

This is a lovely motel that has been done up so the rooms are nicely appointed. Very comfortable and clean, staff are friendly and welcoming.

The only downside is the location on the highway - there is a bit of traffic noise.

rooms are nicely presented and the bathrooms are fantastic. staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist when needed. will definitely stay here again.

rooms were a little small (but big enough for our needs) also, needed more choices for the pillows- the pillows in our room were bigger pillows meant for side sleeping, but as a back sleeper I woke up with a sore neck.

didn't have breakfast from host but cooked great bacon and egg muffin breakfast post wedding on the Sunday morning at lovely on-site BBQ area. Rooms lovely, excellent facilities and clean as clean

Lovely room,although a bit small. Modern furnishings, very fresh. Comfortable bed. Very nice shower. Had microwave, toaster, and jug. Staff friendly. Very clean

On the highway, so occasionally heard trucks go by but minimal. Space a bit limited in room but adequate for us. Had limited crockery and cutlery provided.

Good communication from the friendly owner before and during the stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Guests get free entry to the nearby public swimming pool. Good value, probably the best option in Kerang. I would stay there again.
