Location was good being inly a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed area had been recently refurbished. Very comfy bed and the unit had a decent sized small fridge with a freezer. Also had a microwave and toaster and crockery and cutlery suitable for breakfast (athough no bowls).

Unfortunately the TV reception was very poor but then we weren’t there to watch TV. The bathroom was looking a bit tired but the shower was good and the water hot.

Good room size and facilities; comfortable bed and pillows; roomy shower with good hot water. Used the bbq which was pretty clean. Parking outside unit handy. Space on the vanity to place own toiletries etc. Convenient position to tourist sights.

BBQ area had no lighting and general pool area could have been swept and chairs cleaner (not swimming time but weather was lovely to sit in afternoon sun around the pool).

Loved the efficiency of the team. Super helpful and accommodating not to mention fantastic communication! Beds were made well and room appeared clean. Aircon was icy cold which was appreciated

A little more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom wouldn't go astray but nothing the shower mat in the shower didn't fix for one night

While the room was compact it had the basic essentials for what I presume is a low budget motel. The owners were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome, the room was very clean, the floor coverings are in very good condition, the bed is comfortable and the hot water is instantaneous. I would have no hesitation in returning.

Lack of natural lighting, but given the design of the room there is not a lot can be done.

Comfortable room & facilities. Location great; walking distance to supermartket. Easy to locate. Quieter than I thought it might be, being on the main road into Swan Hill.

The blinds in the room appeared 'damaged', as they didn't wind back up. I mentioned this on checkout (over the phone) in case they thought I'd damaged them.

The price was good. Location very central. The room was clean. Electric blankets made the bed nice and warm on a winter night.

More power points are needed. More room around the dining area is also needed. If TV was mounted on the wall, it would free up space on the bench top.

A short walk to town for all that you need. The staff were super lovely on my arrival and provided a room with convenient parking for my motorcycle at the door. An older motel that has had some love. My room was very clean, had all that I needed for my stay and the bed was super comfy. Good value for an overnight stay. Would gladly stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was close to town so it was a convenient location. Clean and tidy, comfortable and friendly staff. Basic appliances in the room which allowed us to make our own breakfasts and also make up hot water bottles for night time. Very handy

Roof I think was thin as we had a very chatty pigeon on the roof which became an annoying noise at times
