I found Roger very good when I phoned him in a bit of a panic not sure how to get the gates unlocked , he calmly talked me through. the kitchen facilities are excellent, amenities clean & room clean

the heavy duty locks and signage to make sure you lockup made me feel very self conscious unlocking & locking, I think I should have done more research myself off the location

Centrally located in Boulder. Close to shops etc.

Entry locking system is a bit complicated on the two gates. It would be extremely difficult to access in the dark. The back gate lock doesn’t line up with the three entry holes and requires a lot of manoeuvring to engage it in place. This needs to be looked at in the future.

I left property there and asked for it to be forwarded to me but this never occurred.

It wasn’t the property I booked. I couldn’t find the Burt Street property.

Air condition was good. Nice outdoor area. More than 1 toilet. BBQ worked. Air Condition in all bedrooms and lounge room.

Bedrooms were outside. Toilet and shower were outside. No grass/lawn. Always had to lock and unlock big gates if wanting to go out. Didn't like the Alley way access. View from the front does not look like a house. Not enough or decent size mugs for coffee. No hand towels in the Toilet. Outside area in-front of kitchen and bedrooms needed a good sweep and mat needed a good vacuum. We had our 4 month old puppy with us... not suitable for pets.

Good location in Burt Street Comfortable beds

The place had loads of cockroaches in the kitchen. Was also dirty and very dusty. Dated property and looked like it was a slap together job definitely wasn't a three bedroom house. Was three separate bedrooms outside the kitchen that all led on to a common outdoor area.

Very industrial, no fuss aimed at workers. Hot water service didn't work. But we were given a discount for that. Great value for multiple persons each requiring a room. But not flash!
