The customer service provided was exceptional. They were generous, considerate and proactive. The unit is older and has been modernised for comfort. Thick towel sheets were provided which I loved. Personal service offered in a joyful happy manner. The unit was clean, tidy and very functional with the main shopping centre close by.

The apartment was well presented, clean, spacious kitchen well equipped with appliances and utensils to cook a meal, beds comfortable, quiet area. Staff helpful. Great value for money, after travelling for 3 weeks staying in all sorts of accommodation this was by far the best value for money.

Location was an easy 5 min walk from the centre of town. Grounds are well kept with lovely gardens. The couple who run the place - & their children & pet cats - were just lovely. So friendly, warm, hospitable & helpful. We stayed twice - on our way up to Exmouth & on our way back down to Geraldton. Both times the units were exceptionally clean & had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if travelling through Carnarvon.

The living area is not very inviting to hang out in, but we didn't care, because the bright white walls and tiles reinforced how clean the place was - plus it was cosy watching movies on the laptop in bed anyway.

Value 4 money , very clean, quiet , spacious and confortable beds , close to town with laundry and washing machine inside unit and little backyard. Perfect 4 fishing around Carnavon , 1 hour drive to quobba 4 snorkling , 2 hours from Coral Bay.

Older style rooms but very clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Very helpful, polite and friendly staff. Excellent wifi (handy to have when on a road trip and needing to check in/contact tour operators and so on). Very affordable rates, good value for money.

The property was well equipped including a washing machine,comfortable and well positioned ideal for a traveller spending a few days in the delightful town of Carnarvon.The manager Fred could not have been more helpful and made the stay an absolute joy.

The unit we had was very good both in amenities and also value for money.Whilst like most in the part of the WA, the motel is dated but is well maintained. The space we had for two couples was great specially after being couped up in a car for three days, The bathroom was a good as was the kitchen and the lounge areas. the shrubs provided some reief from the heat which was welcome. The owner was a pleasure to deal with

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking area.

There was a smell in the cupboard that had extra pillows and blanket, it smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in the room . We would not have been able to use the extras because of the smell.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable owners. Apartments were clean and tidy, and we felt right at home. The location was also great. Would stay here again.

As it was off season the bbq was not very clean but we were provided with foil so could still have a lovely dinner.

I arrived in Carnarvon earlier than expected, and was lucky that the lovely gentleman at the front desk let me check in early. This gave me time to do a load of washing in the washing machine in the unit and hang it out to dry before heading out to do some sight-seeing. The unit is clean and has a comfortable sofa to sit on. The kitchen is well equipped, with almost everything you need. It's in a good location on the main road, close to petrol stations.

Actually, although the town of Carnarvon was a bit of let down in terms of sights to see, this property was one of the best I stayed in heading up the coast, and I'd highly recommend it.
