Clean chalet, soft beds but nice pillows , pool was nice and spacious. Games room was dated and dirty. Toilets/showers clean and had music playing which made it comfortable. Didn't see any workers so can't comment.

All the dryers were out of order and notices around saying do not hang laundry around cabins and no pegs made it a little hard to get stuff dry. Our room was right next to the bins and of course the truck came in early to empty them reversing and revving of the engine.

The amenities were good and really being able to cook was a great option. The location was also excellent - being a little distance from all the hustle and bustle of the city centre but a 2min drive and you are where you want to be. We left Gero alittle late and I was worried I wouldn't be able to make my check in on time but they sent me a message leaving the key in a safe with the passcode. How refreshing! Well organised I thought to myself. Taking the added stress away from the travelling.

Great location and great size chalets

Well this time the chalet had a smell. It was like a toilet smell so like a sewage smell I guess that wasn’t great. This was only in the chalet on the way back home not on the way although the bedroom was super hot on our first stay there and the celling fan didn’t seem to cool it off that well till it got dark.

Big spacious room, freezing cold aircon this time around with comfy beds. Great location.

The rooms need to be cleaned more regularly. The state of the aircon was terrible on our first stay and we had to ask to change rooms as there was mould. The room we were upgraded to free of charge was much better, alot cleaner and nicer.

Quiet away from traffic. Nice location close to orchards & Space Museum. Loved the regular park updates via SMS. Great service.

The accommodation (cabin 14) was amazing. We’ve travelled to Carnarvon a few times but haven’t stayed here before. The cabin was amazing. So clean with new furnishings. Shared facilities were amazing as well. Would stay there again and wish other places would up their game.

Everything was amazing.

Beautifully clean, really comfy, gorgeous sunset from balcony. Great stop off up/down coral coast. Fab local growers honesty shop on site. The fish & chip can was brilliant!

Liked everything, located a little out of town which we were aware of when booked. Barbecue facilities needed a bit of tlc.

Clean, beds comfortable, plenty of pillows, aircon great and was on when we arrived, kids playground and pool amazing, parking/checkin/checkout very easy. Bouncy pillow is a huge winner with kids!

Screen door lock didn’t work, curtains didn’t quite cover windows so sun woke us all up very early.

Great little cabin for overnite stay - lovely snowy white linen on beds and well supplied kitchen. Super clean and comfortable with beautiful trees in the park . Laundry facilities were great - and a really friendly woman in the office .

Comfy bed and clean (only stayed for one night and arrived late/continued our journey early the next day).

A little bit out of town, not an issue with car and no oven (didn’t realise until after we bought stuff).
