Very comfortable room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast included, unfortunately we were able to use it as we had to leave really early. Free washer and dryer available. When travelling and paying for extra, this is a nice bonus.

Not didn’t like moreso unfortunate. Breakfast only starts from 7, when leaving super early this was unfortunate, a lot of places start from 5. There are no pool towels, need to use bathroom towels. Unfortunately when kids and adults swim, towels are then wet for evening shower.

The room was comfortable and clean. There have been noticable renovations made to the room. We stayed in a family room with a queen bed and two singles. The linens were cosy and comfortable. The overall presentation of the complex was good.

The bathroom facilities were a little dated and small.The windows were lacking fly screens. We were unable to open the windows to take advantage of fresh air without insects coming in.. There is parking directly outside your room, however unless we parked our vehicle at a weird angle there would be insufficient space for other vehicles to pass.

The room is very comfortable with super comfortable beds, great doona, updated bathrooms, clean carpet and well stocked fridge. Plenty of tea, coffee, clean bedding and fluffy towels. Very impressed.

Unfortunately, Chris at reception either needs to leave hospitality or change his attitude and persona when people check in. He was short with us, seems disinterested and we felt as though we were inconveniencing him with being there. He acted as though he had been there 20 years and hated his job. That needs to change. Would of got a 9/10 if Chris had been welcoming.

This was the second time we stayed here during our north west sojourn. This time we stayed in their up-rated unit which was was a fair bit bigger than the normal unit. A lot more comfortable. The location is good in a quiet part of town near the water if you want to throw an easy line for fish. Or pop along to the nearby pub. They also have a good restaurant for the evening meal and a continental breakfast from 7am which is good for getting on the road early in the morning.

Very nice location near the sailing club. Very nice spacious and clean room with good facilities, big TV etc., and comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy after hours check-in for convenience. Great complimentary breakfast. Everything nice and clean – housekeeping is top notch with the housekeeper's name who serviced your room on one of the towels on the bed. That's a nice touch, and their work is appreciated! Good on site parking right outside your room. This motel exceeded my expectations in general.

Couldn't find the Wifi password in the room, and it wasn't on the late check-in envelope with key and check-out / breakfast times. But this wasn't a problem for me as I had back-up mobile data. Just having the password on the desk with the other info in the room would suffice (unless I missed it). Otherwise, all good!

The breakfast was better than expected for a "continental" breakfast. They had cereals, toast, fruit, cheese, yogurt, deli meats, and a pancake machine. The room was comfortable. There was a large water cooler in the lobby for refilling water bottles.

The parking space was tiny for our room. Even with our small car, we were almost blocking the path for other cars to drive past. It seemed nothing like a Best Western in America, so I'm not sure what the connection was with the name.

Fantastic location, clean room, car parking

A waitress was making a lot of noise while she was cleaning tables and picking up cutlery right next to people who were eating. Both during breakki and dining. She was literally throwing the cutleries into a bucket on her trolley 'unconsciously'. I guess she does it accidentally and totally unaware of that loud noise she makes. We thought she is angry at first but she wasn't. She just doesn't know it.

We stayed for 2 nights on a trip up the WA Coast. Facilities were reasonable, and easy parking at front of room. Had dinner at Sails Restuarant, which we were happy with

Local Neighbour kids using the pool area, as they were unsupervised and created a uneasy enviroment. Rubbish left behind after they left which we cleared up. Has a pool entry fence facing road, which seemed was used for easy access.

Went to the associated restaurant, Sails, for dinner (complimentary breakfast also here), and both had an outstanding value for money meal - generous serves, delivered by happy friendly wait staff. Enjoyed local fish and other seafood that was obviously fresh, and full of flavour. Also loved the great sized accommodation, comfortable bed, and good sized shower, suitable for taller guests. Particularly liked the separate toilet, and the room was nice and cool when we arrived. Our check in staff was also super nice, friendly and helpful.

Perhaps including bread knives would help if providing a toaster. Small thing, but handy. Otherwise really happy with our experience.

The dinner menu was excellent. We really enjoyed our food at dinner. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a decent continental selection. We noticed the site has a pool but we didn't get a chance to use it.

Nothing major. Room decor is a bit dated (80' or 90's). Breakfast coffee machine didn't use fresh milk but milk powder (or is it coffee mate)
