The location is very good. I originally chose this hotel because of the swimming pool. As a result, the water in the swimming pool is as cold as ice.

When I used the washing machine, I was disappointed. It was very dirty and super dirty. The hotel didn't clean it regularly after the customers left, but I had to do laundry. I also cleaned the washing machine myself that night. I waited for an hour before I dared to use it.

good aircon and space for family. The staff were great and accommodated us when we requested a delayed checkout due to the heat and having our young grandchild with us.

An oven and microwave were in the apartment, however, there were no trays or items that could be used in the oven. Likewise a microwave with no vessels to use in it. Fortunately, I had taken some pyrex from my home in Perth. But this needs to be remedied. Maybe they don't like people to actually use the oven?

Very convenient to the central business area. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom amenities were nice even though we did not make use of the spa. Reception very kindly returned, by mail, a business card we had left behind. Thank you.

Car Parking off the street was very tight and lighting could have been better in the car park. Accommodation was expensive for the studio and no discount for 2 nights.

The staff were friendly and helpful on our arrival. They also accommodated my request for an extra bed. There were tea/coffee and milk supplies provided which was very much appreciated after our long drive. The apartment was very clean and modern with extra blankets and pillows provided. Check-out was easy. Would book again ☺️

We started with a 2 brm apartment for 2 couples. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. We then moved to a 1 brm apartment and the new apartment was also great for one couple. The rooms were clean, well appointed and included all the required cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc. The accommodation is also within easy walking distance of a number of pubs, cafes and restaurants offering a variety of food.

The main bedroom bed was exceptionally comfortable. The little townhouse was great for our stay, well equipped and warm. We thought it was a great place to stay, quiet part of town but two minutes walk to Coles for food to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Staff were very polite and obliging. Cleaning was to a really high standard.

Smokers smoking and dropping the butts on other properties (I had to pick two of them from front of my doorway). The apartment could be made smoke safe as a suggestion.

One bedroom apartment of a good size. Clean, good kitchen setup with adequate utensils. Nice hot shower, large fridge, Bonus tiny private courtyard out the back with a clothesline and pegs. Great location to town area.

Bed was way too soft with a mattress topper that made it feel like a hammock. Not good for those who like a firm bed. Although windows front and rear the Interior was dark and needed lights on during the sunny day. Free WiFi advertised but was painfully slow.

Everything went smoothly, Room was nice and clean. Receptionist was freindly and curteous.

Upon arrival I was told that the Spa bath was not operational which was disappointing. I was told that the units including the one we were in were next to get upgraded. With this the Spa baths would be removed. But my partner decided to have a bath in the morning only to find the Spa did work except for 1 jet?

The location is very good. It is close to the main street, so one can walk to restaurants. We also walked to the museum. We had a two-bedroom unit which was away from the street, so it was quiet. Though we left our luggage in the living room so we wouldn't have to drag it upstairs, it was worth it to have two stories to guarantee no noisy people above us. We didn't use the washing machine or dryer because we had just done laundry two days before.

The dishwasher wasn't working properly, so we had to handwash the previous occupants' dishes.
