The room was big enough, clean, the bathroom was also nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful, always ready to help and answer with a smile. the restaurant offered a rich breakfast and in the afternoon you could make coffee from a machine with a key (card). The ski slope is close, about 3-5 minutes walk. ski storage is easy and accessible. The dinners were also delicious. We will be happy to come back again.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, was quite hard. There was not enough space to dry clothes. The ski slope leading to the hotel is quite challenging for small children. They did not have body soap or cups (you could get them at the restaurant). We were hoping to ski to the hotel, but that was not possible.

An excellent, spacious, and clean hotel. The rooms offer breathtaking mountain views. The breakfasts are delicious. The nearest ski lifts are just a five-minute walk away. The hotel has two parking options: an open-air lot for €1 per day and an underground garage for €8 per day. In the hotel lobby, there's a dedicated area for ski and snowboard maintenance, equipped with special waxes, all types of screwdrivers, and an iron for melting the sliding surface. Additionally, within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, you'll find excellent restaurants, a souvenir shop, two hypermarkets, and a thermal complex. The hotel also offers saunas included in the accommodation price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming!

Lots of services in the hotel- saunas, storage for ski equipment, a bar, a fitness center, a parking spot, and a location just a step away from the ski center. The rooms are nicely equipped- lots of hangers and a cozy seating place by the windows- perfect for a glass of wine after a long day of skiing! Everything you need in one place!

Saunas are operating from 3 o'clock on, pity you can not go in a bit earlier, croissants or some more sweets would be nice to have at breakfast. Some extra shampoo in the bathroom would be nice.

The hotel is new, the room was well comfortable and nicely designed, and the isolation of the potential road noise is great. The breakfast was nice and offered a lot of choice. Parking is in front or around the hotel and the spa facilities offer nice relaxation after the whole day on the ski slopes (infrared, Finish sauna and steam sauna, relaxation space). Close to the ski slopes and close to the thermal baths.

The pillows are rather thin and bumpy, which is a bit uncomfortable. And there are no water glasses in the room or bathroom.

Nice hotel next to the lift to both side of the valley and just across the Therme St. Kathrein. Didn’t need to use a car for 3 days. The breakfast bar was amazing, very wide spread of cereals, cheese, meat and fresh bread. We really liked the “make your own egg station” with different fillings for omelette available. They have Gluten free bread available on request and offers vegan spreads and non-milk. In the hotel restaurants they also offer vegan curry.

Very nice hotel with a nice SPA area. The breakfast is also very good, but the same every day. If you look for an option where you can stay when you want to have sport activity in the area, this can be good choice.

The bed was very uncomfortable, woke up evewry day with a backpain.

Everything is great, and stuff is really helpful. Breakfast is great, there is parking in front of hotel and it is close to ski lifts. This is my second year in this hotel and will return again. There was some drunk loud guest and stuff was really helpful and changed our room further away.

Perfect location for both sides of the ski resort, extremely clean hotel. Breakfast is nice.

Hotel charges extra for everything - open air parking, extra towels, and a bottle of water costs 7,5€! There were children in sauna which is supposed to be 16+ and no glasses or fruit in spa.

overall, quite nice hotel...especially for that price...near slopes...big plus for fitness, sauna...

This is not ski in-ski out hotel as they advertise... Parking is 1 eur per day, this is quite strange...you should charge this 1 eur at room cost...not to mention daily visitors are parking at hotel parkings for free... croissants are missing at breakfast...

Location is great, facilities were good. Comfy and nice

Whenever we asked something from the restaurant staff that was a problem, even the basics, there were no glasses in the room and they did not want to give us two glassees to take to the room.
