We liked: - The host, very nice couple and super helpful. - The Karten card you get as part of the stay is amazing and gives tons of free attractions all around the area. - The swimming pool and spa was super fun for the kids, feeling of a private pool - free parking - room was of good size (we had the 2 bed room) - kitchen well equipped

What could be improved: - no washing machine in the room and laundry costs 20 euros - room TV is not smart TV (but for us it was good enough) - room facility is quite simple (for us it was good enough, but it's not for who is you are looking for fancy or premium

We had a great experience, that great that we extended our stay for one more day . Building is in great condition, very clean with 3 pools , 3 saunas , kids play room . There is also completely new outside playground for kids right next to hotel . Mr Peter (owner) was there to help and answer on our questions every time . You really feel like at home . Also you getting Kärnten card , which has big value , since you can enter many activities and parks completely for free . Bad Kleinkirchheim is absolutely great place for family with kids since it offer a lot of activities outside . We already decided to make this visit every year in the future .

I would only recommend internet to be stronger in rooms

The apartment was good, the spa facilities were great and the kitchen was very well equipped. However, we liked mostly the host, Peter who treated us like family. Wife is pregnant, Peter offered to carry our suitcases, check us in earlier subject to the availability of the unit and went out of his way to make sure everything was to our liking and convenience. We could really let go and relax, we felt like we were home.

I regret not staying for longer. Nothing really comes to mind, perhaps only 1 minor peculiarity. Our particular unit's layout seemed slightly out of proportion. Our bedroom was on the smaller side when compared to the spaciousness of the rest of the apartment.

The location is within convenient walking distance to the slopes, shops and restaurants. Rooms clean, great pools, saunas and newly renovated fitness room. Amazing service (bathrobes and slippers ready, clean towels for sauna and pool every day). And the owner was just amazing - funny, kind and helpful. My family and I have been to Bad Kleinkirchheim several times to different places, but this exceeded our expectations. We really felt like we were on vacation here and will definitely return to the Alpine Spa Residence.

This was our second stay here and everything was perfect again. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean and simply yet very practically furnished with everything you need. The highlight is the location and deff spa with a pool and 3 saunas, which is the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. Truly a wonderful place to stay!

The property is fabulous - very clean, the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a nice stay with the family. The wellness area with pools and saunas is also very clean and nice. The host was very kind and attentive - offered to pick us up from any place in case we get stuck and booked us a doctor’s appointment for the little child. We will definitely return - highly recommended!

Awesome small aparthotel, so we never experienced too many people at the swimming pool or anywhere... completely clean and silent rooms apartment more spacious than we expected after watching pics equipped kitchen (even coffee machine with filters) Delicious view at the valley and hills; very nice host and the personel newly created playground next to the hotel! plus Play Room, gym, 2 swimming pools... 500m to the cable car up to 2000m we just get in love with the summer in Bad Kleinkircheim

all was perfect!

Everything was exceptional. Peter (host) is the most attentive guy you will ever meet. This also goes for the rest of the people who are managing this facility, just everybody are amazing. Great attention to details, impecable cleanliness, you get everything you need in the apartment, and even more. Location is just perfect, 2 minutes to a large ski lift from which you can go and ski on just about every slope there is in the area. If you need a perfect accomodation for a ski or summer holiday, don't look any further, this is it, just book it.

Peter and his staff gave us a very warm welcome and were always available to help if necessary, he even took us to the supermarket on the first day and sorted our lift passes on the second. Apartment was extremely warm and comfortable, and had a balcony with a wonderful view of the mountain. The spa area and fitness room was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels. Both pools inside and out had swim jets perfect if you still had the energy after a day on the slopes. The gym had a good variety of machines. The bonus of a heated boot room on site was excellent. The accommodation was only a few minutes walk to the ski school, slopes and gondola. Restaurants and a few bars were nearby we never walked past Spar for the entire week. A free ski bus linking St Oswald was just along the road. Peter provided the children with bath robes and even responded to my daughter who asked him for some slippers for herself and brother. Peter came out to greet us when we arrived and when we checked out it felt like leaving family. Would love to return one day, maybe to see the area in the summer.

The residence is 200 meters from Kaiserburgbahn station so we went skiing on foot, no need to take a car anywhere. You can buy ski passes in the reception and get all sorts of advice and information there. Peter was a great host, always in a good mood and willing to help. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and everything inside was new and in working order. We were in appartment 108 which is only a couple of steps from the wellness/spa area. The wellness/spa is gorgeous, everything is clean an well taken after, and the gym is great, too. The ski room is in the same floor and the car was parked in the front, so we didn't have to carry stuff more than a couple of meters, which is great. Long story short, we were VERY satisfied with our stay there and would reccomend Alpine Spa Residence to anyone looking for accomodation in Bad Kleinkirchheim. Keep up the good work!
